The plantain leaves and nutmeg will definitely give this moi moi a very unique flavor. You’re an expert at wrapping moi moi leaves. The method of frying the sauce before adding it into the blended beans was dope, end result looks amazing. Ng I enjoyed watching 😍
I am back here because I have tried this recipe and it hits different, I must say. I am never going to make my moi moi any other way apart from this.👌🏾
Awww... Ngo eeeh. What amazes me is the way you improvise in cooking. I would never have thought that banana leaves could be used for moi moi. You know when i first saw the video and saw leaves . I was like where did this woman get moi moi leaves from in America 🇺🇸. I have never seen it in America. That was y i clicked sharp sharp
Wow the moi moi looks so soft, silky and yummy. I love the fact the you fried the pepper mix. I will definitely try adding nut meg to my moi moi. This is a must try recipe, I absolutely enjoyed watching as you shared alot of tips all through the video. Nicely done my darling sis ❤❤❤
You can add a little butter or margarine to the oil before frying the peppers. It takes the Moimoi to another level. I also add a tbsp of palm oil to the oil for frying the pepper if I am not using shombo or red bell peppers
Welcome back dear,it’s dealing with all of us ,homeschooling is not easy but we will get through it. I was even thinking it’s Uma leaves not I see it’s plantain leaves and I love how you recreate it to uma leaves, the extra onions and bell pepper is giving me vibes.Hahahaha did you say chioma engagement party 😂😂 Abeg send mine let me confirm asap 😋😋
My goodness this moi moi is the real deal.....am salivating already NG......really delicious and yummy. Love your beautiful and sweet voice. My own sissy well done.

Try washing vegetables with vinegar, salt and lemon, as well as chicken, and you can dispense with lemon and suffice with vinegar with salt or lemon with salt if you want to soak in the water basin without soap, it will become clean and sterile. 🌺🌺
OMG! I'm salivating! 🤤🤤...this looks so good. Matter of fact, as im commenting right this second, on my out to get black eye peas and banana leaves and not forgetting smoked catfish

I actually agree that a bit a effort is put into the making of moi moi. But hacks like breaking up the beans before washing have really simplified it. 😃 thanks for watching
Put a heavy towel at the bottom of the cooler, wrap the Moi Moi with foil paper before placing into the cooler. For a party it’s easier, put them in those party trays and then light up the mini candles underneath it to keep it warm

Dat Moi Moi is mouth watering yummy 😋
Does beans flour taste the same as using actual beans?
What would you say is the major difference in both, apart from that fact that one is powder.
Wow this is my method except the nutmeg, God bless you
Thank you so much for way. Bless you too
Moi moi di oku!!!!😍
Was there a difference in the taste between the baked and steamed moimoi?
😀 Eziokwu! Not at all. I didn’t notice any. The baked one was kind of dryer. Thank you so much sis .
Ngozi, can you do the steamer oven method with moi moi in plastic bags instead of using the banana leaves?
Can you substitute black eye peas for the other peas that don't have skin? Say split peas or garbanzo?
I used your recipe this week even with boiled titus and it was excellent.
Thanks for sharing, blessings
Exactly I use the leaves in a cup too since I dont know how to fold the leaves
I’m going to try this out
I'm sure going to try this! Every step looks tasty.
