The plantain leaves and nutmeg will definitely give this moi moi a very unique flavor. You’re an expert at wrapping moi moi leaves. The method of frying the sauce before adding it into the blended beans was dope, end result looks amazing. Ng I enjoyed watching 😍

Awww... Ngo eeeh. What amazes me is the way you improvise in cooking. I would never have thought that banana leaves could be used for moi moi. You know when i first saw the video and saw leaves . I was like where did this woman get moi moi leaves from in America 🇺🇸. I have never seen it in America. That was y i clicked sharp sharp

You can add a little butter or margarine to the oil before frying the peppers. It takes the Moimoi to another level. I also add a tbsp of palm oil to the oil for frying the pepper if I am not using shombo or red bell peppers

Try washing vegetables with vinegar, salt and lemon, as well as chicken, and you can dispense with lemon and suffice with vinegar with salt or lemon with salt if you want to soak in the water basin without soap, it will become clean and sterile. 🌺🌺

Put a heavy towel at the bottom of the cooler, wrap the Moi Moi with foil paper before placing into the cooler.
For a party it’s easier, put them in those party trays and then light up the mini candles underneath it to keep it warm
