Hello from across the pond, loved the video mate. I was screaming at there screen,, "make a boat tank", you must have heard me. Love d the fact you took your son too.
Thank you! I brought the old "clicky clack" fuel pump just in case. Turns out the factory pump was fine, so we plumbed it to a can of fresh gas, however, that didn't solve the fuel delivery issue. The bowl was full. The obstruction was downstream somewhere. Family involvement is so important......if they're interested.
Hey! Thanks for checking out the channel. Ill let him know about the hubcaps. He has a matching set of 14" XL hubcaps he wants to run, but maybe he would want those as well.
Thank you! My dads been searching for a while and every engine he found was much more expensive than this entire complete galaxie. There will be future content on the swap of this engine into my dads 64 galaxie.
@@TexasHillbilly hey man glad u and ur dad are getting together on this project nothing better in the world as that ive built fords for 40 years sadly im crippled now so i cant do it anymore so im happy to see vids like this
A winch or at least a come along is recommended when picking up cars, especially in the Texas summertime. And the first trailer was a utility trailer. Not a car trailer, no full size vehicle will fit, and if you do wedge one on, with body damage, you can't open the door. Been doing this a long time. I'd guess I'm about your dads age or older. Work smart not hard. Right now working on a 67 International step side pickup.
I Love all the old cars, they are so much nicer than the new ones of today!
Totally agree Andy. I wish it would ride like a new car though. haha

@@JamesWoodring-mu2iz thank you James. Appreciate you watching.
Good Ford 9 inch diff under there
Yessir, were definitely keeping the rear end.
I still have my first car which is a, 1967 Ford galaxie four-door, has 68,000 original miles, the motor is still good in it, it needs to be restored
Awesome!! If you need any parts, send us an email. Still have tons of interior parts for sale.
That would be a good parts car for someone restoring another car
It would indeed. We’ll salvage everything we can from it.
If you are going to part out the car, I would buy the upholstery out of it. Door panels, seats etc. please let me know

Why would you call that car totaled? It's very repairable Dosnt look to bad at all except for that quarter panel
The frame is bent.
WTH? Restore that 67! They were great looking cars! That would be a waste of a car because it looks straight.
Unfortunately the frame is bent. A ton of its parts will live on.
