  • Video is a time lapse with shots every 0.5s. Wind was about 15mph, and there was about 12" of snow. The blower was struggling a bit with that amount of snow, and with the machine on full speed, I would have only had enough battery to do one parking spot. I had two fully charged 5.0ah batteries. I cranked the speed way down and walked slower to make sure I had enough battery to do the minimal amount of clearing.
This was my first time using it and although it did seem to clear the snow well, the batteries really seemed to go fast.
UPDATE: The battery usage is very dependent on snow depth. I can do my whole driveway in half a battery charge if there is only 3 or 4 inches of snow. I have a sidewalk with more than 12" of icy packed snow. It can't go thru that unless i tilt to way up and take off 6" from the top, then another 6".
As long as I don't let the snow get too deep, I can breeze through everything very quickly on one battery charge.
