I’m in America on holiday from Australia, and I’m in the hotel gym, just about to press play, when a guy walks up to me and says, is that Sydney? I said yeah, and he said his wife has been following Sydney for awhile now, and she’s completely changed his wife’s life. It’s amazing how many lives Sydney has touched, and I’ll be forever grateful that I stumbled across this channel! And also today, for the very first time, I did step-ups with a weight in each hand, instead of just holding 1. Admittedly they were only 10 pounds each, but still progress. So it’s pretty safe to say that Sydney has changed my life too. I’ve gotten so much stronger, and leaner. Love working out with all my worldwide gym buddies! Thanks for everything Sydney ❤️❤️❤️

Wow, just 7 days after Valentine's Day, I did it on a self-love day, after a crazy weekend. Thank you, Sydney, for your daily wisdom during this workout and the cooldown. We are here to continue being consistent no matter how long the journey takes, to be respectful of me and to others who do benefit in my life, not bringing myself down but uplifting especially during the last circuit of RDLs and the glute bridge holds. Never been more proud of my own capability and mental endurance, as well as seeing other people's journeys are all similar in a way, but different people going through various stages in life. Yay, we did it!
My heart and love goes out to anyone reading this affected by the shooting at Michigan State❤️ and thank you, Sydney, for the distraction from the nightmare going on at my alma mater.

She is lifting heavy dumbbells but still takes the time to motivate and inspire everyone who is watching. Listening to the pep talk for 40 minutes was too much for me…I do love myself and respect myself…but by the last set it was either quit before the end which I almost never do, or hit mute, which I did! If this was the first time I was doing one of these workouts, I would not come back. I loved the format, exactly what I prefer…strength sets and just enough cardio. The words were too much. I read another commenter say she “cried through the whole thing” which is exactly what I don’t want to do! At the end I can choose to listen to the talk, if I’m feeling the message or in a certain mood, but not having a choice was bad for me. Glad this is good for some people, I know I’ll be back, I seriously almost never miss a workout on this channel since Covid started and my gym closed! Im a huge fan! To each his own, but I’d rather just hear good workout advice about form and breathing.
