Nomadddd Nurrsse! Thank you for the informative video. I was hired into the ER last year May and it has been an adventure to say the least. You're absolutely right about the independence and personalities that fit for ER. I want to expand my thinking on how else to use my abilities. We shouldn't limit ourselves and think BIGGER. I overthink and dont think I cant overcome at times but I appreciate the uplifting reminders that we can market ourselves and attack nursing differently! I recently sarted looking into nursing entrepreneur ideas and what relates to me and whats best in the community. THANK YOU

My wife is currently looking into travel nursing so naturally we've been watching UA-cam videos to learn a bit more. We've both found your videos to be some of the most helpful...so thank you for taking the time and effort to make them! Question: Why does a RN need to go through an agency to take a contract? I'm sure there are logical reasons as to why the middle man can't be removed from the equation...right? Is it a legal issue?
I think there are laws that say you have to go through an agency BUT I could be totally off on that. I really don’t know for sure and I may need to look into that
