I 100 percent agree with everything you said because In this day in age people shouldn't know everything about you or any of your business or problems we should all keep it private and only are love ones and friends that will keep your secrets

Agree. It is the ideal of "authenticity" from the Romantic era that has metastasized in the last few decades, where the character of a person and/or quality of a relationship is based on the degree to which one's inner thoughts are reflected in one's public speech and persona. It is toxic. In the Bible, Joseph shared a dream where the sun, the moon, and the stars were bowing down to him. It freaked his whole family out, and his father asked him "Why did you tell us this dream?" Indeed, why did he? He was young, and we all don't have much of a filter when we're young, but the point is don't share everything that pops in your head. Think about the effect on others.
