You never showed us anything regarding what to do to install the high pressure fuel pump if it’s too high

I apologize. I believe the crank pulley bolt was a 22mm. If you have the air box removed you can see and access the crank bolt simply turn the engine clockwise and observe the cam follower go down in the bore
