Straddling the Cannon? I don't think I have heard the phrase before.
It's from Cher's video for Turn Back Time. It's shot on the USS Missouri, which was the ship where Japan signed the surrender treaty to end World War II. In part of the video, she's literally straddling the cannon on the ship.
@@coop999 And it wasn't the least bit suggestive. Still a great song / video though, before she fell down the autotune rabbithole and ruined popular music for the rest of time.
