Weak and Broken Engine Mount! MINI Cooper F54 F55 F56 F57 F60. BMW F39 F40 F44 F45 F46 F48 F49 F52.

Sloppy and broken right (upper) engine mount on a 2017 MINI Clubman S ALL4 w/ a manual Transmission. Mount was 5 years old and had 53,000 miles (85,000 km) on it at the time of filming.
This engine mount is also found on many front wheel drive BMW and MINI Coopers starting around 2013. This mount is part number
22116875630 and has been superseded by numerous newer part numbers over the years, but the newer parts don't appear to be changed much at all in design.

Not too uncommon. I think the part was revised in 2018. I've recently replaced my failed mount on my f56 Cooper S with the GP3/jcw clubman unit
