I hope you are pushing for a TV programme so you get even more exposure. You're a great cook with fantastic recipes, but even more importantly, you are a brilliant teacher. Clear, succinct, dead easy to follow and all delivered with a touch of humour and grace.
I've watched a hundred chefs attempt to explain how to joint a chicken, but your own demonstration was miles ahead!!

Yes! I agree. I absolutely love watching her videos. And as a teacher myself I couldn't agree more with your assessment.

I love that your recipes are for families and not just a tiny portion. It's the Yorkshire way. Great butchery by the way, will be trying this.

I have only just discovered your channel and am currently binge-watching many of the videos. Massive complements on your style, methods, videography and simplicity. Also, it warms my Lancashire heart to hear you provide measurements, temperatures and food names for both the UK and international market, (and with the UK first!). All delivered with a wonderfully warm and easy to follow accent! I have already shared news of your channel with all of my contacts and it has become my go-to food channel. Seriously, you need to be on telly! Thank you!

Just discovered your channel and now watched 5 vids of yours in the past hour, have subscribed and I don't subscribe to many. This is well presented, clear and concise. As a keen amateur cook I'm quite excited to give many of your recipes a whirl. Keep going girl, I think you've got a winning formula.

Blimey! I think I'm in love! I've been cooking for a long time, but I am always open to learning more. The fact that she's gorgeous and has that accent doesn't hurt.

Made this last night, I used organic chicken parts: thighs, legs, and boneless breasts. So good, I made a lot for my house of men. What I paid for good organic cage free chicken (18 pcs) was still much cheaper than KFC which here in the states has skyrocketed and costs like $80. This was better. I will adjust cooking times next time the thighs were big and succulent and should have been cooked several minutes more. They continued cooking in the oven which I put on 350 degrees while I finished the batches. I have a fryer, but it's a nuisance. Cooking it in the pot was so much easier, I learned a lot from your video. I'm going to try butchering chickens again, I used to do that when I was first married, buy a bunch of whole fryers and then butcher them. Also, this recipe would be great for making boneless buffalo wings with Franks hot sauce. Will experiment with it.

Absolutely brilliant! Great recipes, lovely, friendly and warm tone.
Definitely going to try this soon. Oh, and like a previous commenter said, you made cutting the chicken so clear and easy to understand.

It's a winning tactic. Includes everyone, as opposed to American channels that ignore non-American weights and measures (as if only Americans would watch it). This is just as true t'other way around, of course (before anyone thinks I'm picking on the USA!)

I recently followed your channel. Thank you for all the good recipes. Yet, one particular thing I need to mention is that your program is so smooth and clear. Some cooks will show the whole process of cutting veg or prepare ingredients. I appreciate your video, straightforward , no nonsense, no mess about. ♥️

Delicious as ever! All we need to go with that is a waffle. NB: In the States KFC has extra crispy, to achieve that just add panko bread crumbs to the seasoned flour ........ crunch!

Been cooking for myself about 40 years and today I learned how to carve up a chicken. You say 3:48 put the oven on a low heat but then you deep fry it so I'm a bit mystified.
