I don't like my voice because at times I don't like yelling words or speaking too softly or low.

Hi Krystal, it can be challenging to calibrate the voice and build up a pleasant tone at high & low volume levels. I’ve prepared a guide to voice projection on our website which can help: cadenza.co/how-to-project-your-voice/ with some ideas on how you can project your voice with incredible tone and power.
You might also like to pick up some clear voice tone tips via this help guide here as well-

This article outlines how to secure a crystal clear voice tone, that never fails you.
As always let me know if you have any questions and thank you for sharing with your comment!

I am the most confident if not over but due to the monotonous nature of my mother tongue, I couldn’t speak loudly in English and people tend to associate this to confidence problems. Immigration always takes out your everything of qualities but nothing is more affecting me than this. If you are expert, I really need help. I tried to invest some but I found all not helpful.

      Hello Yosi.
I’m so sorry but I missed this comment and only just found it!
Migration can be tough, and I’d suggest getting some communication strategies in place around-
      1) Self advocacy
      2) assertiveness
      3) Voice tone & projection training - speakers in second language tend to use reduced acoustic which makes listeners perceive them as less credible (not the case but due to voice tone bias)
      4) strategies to showcase your skills and expertise using communication to make your reputation and value more over for job interviews, tough conversations and more
      5) advocacy for benefits of bilingualism
I can help you certainly, very happy to provide more info but in the meantime, do check our bonus tools and resources to get you started here-

Stay in touch and thank you for sharing your comment and very personal experience. I think it’s fantastic to go out on a limb like this so that others who are experiencing similar set backs will not feel so isolated.
