I've been binging on your videos for months now, I still find it difficult to make sure I exercise all the advice you've given in the interviews I've been having, but I think I'm getting better as I'm making it further along the interview process recently. It's been tough, but videos like yours encourage me to keep at it. Thank you.
Well done for putting yourself out there and working on continually improving, no matter how tough. The best way to get better at interviews it to be in them, learn from the experience, practice and go out there again until you land something better. More power to you! 👍🏽💪🏼😊
Thank you, Sade. You are a great coach indeed. Your presence, content, delivery are so effective. It is always a pleasure to watch your videos and be better thanks to them.

Great video. I just started watching your channel recently and I would write a comment but after writing it I would erase it. Then I would watch another video and learn something new. I have been struggling with confidence and courage with public speaking. I've been wanting to start a channel of my own. I realize I have been focusing on myself more than what I want to talk about. That is what has been hindering me. You and another person have really helped me destroy this obstacle that I allowed to hold me back. Also what was holding me back was I felt inadequate and wanted to learn more and more before I started. Thank you for keeping it real. Now here comes the scary part. Now I gotta do my first video and i have no excuses.
Along with your helpful advice, I can't help but appreciate everyone who suggests ideas for your outfit choices and attractive backgrounds that match them. And the color scheme and video editing are top notch.
Your every videos and content are so inspiring. Keep posting. I m doing my MBA and I found your videos regarding workplace, communication, meeting, leadership, confidence, interview and especially Emotional Intelligence are very useful and I have been applying these concept while reading or giving presentation. You are inspiring to young professionals like me. Thanks a lot.
I Have watched many of your videos. Your tips are really amazing. So great. Thank you for sharing your tips, that are so useful so many people around the world.🙏🙏🙏
HI Shade: i have been following you and find good advice in your talks. I do believe Emotional Intelligence is a bit oxymoron, misnomer, Emotions and thoughts are somewhat on opposing poles, to expect to analyze the emotions of yourself and others with thoughts, is a bit of playing with semantics, but the term is already out there. I think emotional/contextual awareness of the environment, situation is a better term. Because it is the awareness that makes the outcome "intelligent". I think its synonyme is "street smarts in lay term" meaning the wisdom one has learned though experience and applied it on the situation at hand to a wise/better outcome. Be aware as such the set of skills that can save us in one situation, can drown us in another.
Recently from couple of days I have started watching your videos, I really appreciate your content and thank you for sharing because its really creating an impact.
Thank you for the videos, I've applied your techniques to my current team, and future interviews and they work! Thank you for helping me improve my life!
You are so articulate whatever you are expressing it goes in right rythm.since you saying doing this over the year you must have start working on you since early age
Thanks for the amazing content Shade! Small suggestion that would be helpful is if you summarize the points you went through. With a racy mind, can easily forget those you just discussed!
Really good one...thanks for sharing your tips..I always believe there is good vibe with good people. I can feel the positive vibe from you without being in person... Best tips for introverts like me!...
At 5:52 everyone gets a reminder of their senior counterparts / 'Key Employee' for which we have to " Discount the disclaimer " So that (1) we can safeguard our job, (2) they can rephrase our quality communicated idea, thought, approach, and zest of agenda in the final verdict with statement starting " I think the best way... " And gets all the appreciation for being the best suited individual for the post he is helding and way forward for his subsequent promotion....

Just to say, a fully hijabi woman can be as confident as the one who wear shorts. But few ppl still think otherwise.
