Carven R’s would make it sound absolutely perfect. I have them on my tundra and it got rid of all the rasp. Mine is fairly close to loudness as straight pipes but without all the rasp and cackle.
@@christopherowen9256 I'm gonna be getting a xpipe 9000 setup on my Suburban. It probably won't be equal length but it'll be close. Will come back with findings lol
I have this exact setup you're asking about. Cammed 04 avalanche with 1-3/4 long tubes to 3" x pipe equal length to spintech 9000 with turndown at axle. It's loud for sure lol
@@Not_an_average_joe it's actually set to go to the exhaust shop in 1 or 2 weeks. Im doing a 6" lift this weekend, alignment shop on Monday and then down too the exhaust shop. Just got my header reducers and 9000s in the mail last week.
You do what you want but my buddy from school had a truck with a choppy cam in it, and I mean so choppy it bout stalled every time u put in gear and it has duals with an xpipe and it sound so awesome
I’d say no mufflers, BECAUSE once you carry those pipes out to the end it’ll quieten down more than you think. If your heart is set on mufflers though, I would put a super 10 on each pipe. I’ve also heard of people doing double X pipes, which is something to consider. As for tips, I usually love the 5x12 slant cuts, but on my 05 like yours I went with the 4x12 slant cuts. They’re fricken sweet, bc you still get the nice deep tone and it still sounds great like the 5x12s. You can hide them better (if you want to) and they’re typically cheaper than the 5s. It of course sounds a little different but I think they actually sound better.
The Carven R's are super loud. I had them and axle dumped them, with 4" rolled slant cut tips. For Chomper I would say 2 Borla xr-1's and ran to each corner and angle them down. 👏
Chomper needs LARRYs set up?!!! How about Thrush Welded mufflers? They sound incredible and will not break the bank!! Keep up the incredible work and I can’t wait to see what you get!!👍
id say carven r's or dynomax race bullets if you want a muffler. Overall the dumps make it so much louder in the cabin so simply running the pipe to the back will quiet it down a lot for you in the inside.
Would sound awesome super choppy I got Flowmaster cut outs I'm in Bama too they never bother me they always love the Chop. Hooker headers shorties and Long tube are great. I have a Choppin 2003 Ford Ranger with a little small block in it when I roll up on people there face is priceless
I'm sure it's probably too late but if it was my truck and I was going to run a muffler, I'd go Spintech. Either the 6000 or 9000 series. Spintech sounds the best in my opinion out of any muffler
True dual X pipe with 2 black widow neighbor haters= angelic orchestra noises and you should do a dual passenger exit behind the tire like mount the tips like the 6.7 powerstroke factory tip
Flowmaster super 40 as a muffler. I have that on mine with cats deleted single 3 inch exit. I'm doing a cam swap at the end of September in my suburban and I have the 5.3 ls1 and I got long tubes going in.
"It sounds like I have a big block under the hood" said the lil cammed 5.3L 😁 under the hood. You should try some of the Corsa Pro Series mufflers. I've always wanted to know what those would sound like on these trucks.
I have this exact setup on my cammed 00 sierra 3 inch duals x pipe woth shorty headers. Very loud lol. Bit I've been looking at the super 10 by Flowmaster. Really any single chamber muffler will be good
Hey man I got a 2013 gmc sierra and I have long tube headers and it’s straight piped I was wondering on how I can make my truck louder when I start it it already crazy loud when I drive it but I just want my start and idle louder
For mufflers I would run 2 magnaflow bullets part # 14419 would sound amazing!! And for tips you could change it up and do the corvette style out the back canter with 2 dual tips 4in
Honestly Chase, I'd say either a flowmaster super 10, a 14 inch magnaflow magnapack or a flowmaster outlaw. I've had these on my Chevy 1500 and I get Soo many good comments on my truck.
Go with Corsa Pro-series aka "Extreme" mufflers. They sound amazing with headers and an x-pipe. I'm doing headers on 13 Ram 1500 soon then going with Corsa mufflers and an x-pipe.
It sounds great but it sounds like open headers to me. I really like the cam you've got that motor. Yes, you are going to have to tone it down or the highway patrol's going to have a heyday with you. 🤔
Carven r for sure. Best tone out. I would either do dual 3-4” tips out the passenger side together or dual rolled 5s out of each corner
Yes this is the one duals with 5” rolled tips!
Should look into valvetronic mufflers, basically straight pipes when you want it, and quiet when you need it! And they’re decently priced
Definitely true dual X with carven R.. currently running the TR’s and mine is plenty loud. The R has like nothing to it lol
Carven R’s would make it sound absolutely perfect. I have them on my tundra and it got rid of all the rasp. Mine is fairly close to loudness as straight pipes but without all the rasp and cackle.
Yea i comented on his older video I love the r series i ran them on my old single cab
rasp and crackle is what sounds good?
Drone terribly but will definitely make a clap wagon needs corsa extremes imo
I have a white 06 Sierra and you’ve inspired me to be a better truck owner. Yours is amazing. Love the videos.
Nothing sounds better than an equal length setup with an x pipe and spintechs. I’d love to see you do this setup.
My personal favorite are the 6000s what do you prefer?

sound like horses on concrete 🐎 luv it
That sounds sick, brother
What I’m doing to my 5.3 is longtubes to two black widow widow makers and six inch tips bumper dumped
Color match the rollpan, get a cowl hood and color match or put HD good. Cant go wrong with both, then start redoing the entire interior
Holy crap what a beautiful sound😍😍😍🤤🤤

Exactly what I would do
Black Widow widow maker
I’ll second that
They sound amazing
Yes I have two on my truck
For real
Borla pro xr1 muffler
Super 10's, Hitch dump, 6" slash cut tips
I was scared you liked it loud at no cost - the mufflers will return it to that chomper sound we fell in love with
Top 5 would be widow maker, carven r, neighbor hater, Flowmaster, or magnaflow
That’s the sound don’t change that. Really makes the engine talk.
The Carven R's are super loud. I had them and axle dumped them, with 4" rolled slant cut tips. For Chomper I would say 2 Borla xr-1's and ran to each corner and angle them down. 👏
Why tf would you get tips on a axle dumped exhaust
@@PrincessAddie14 Because the truck is lifted and I didn't like the way it looked the ugly SS pipe just chillin.
@@PrincessAddie14 Why tf do a lot of people do the $hit they do?
@@markbarilleauii6337 it's not that serious you got a clapped out truck
@@PrincessAddie14 I know it's not that serious, just throwing it out there. If you don't like it you can just throw it back...
I’ve got the black window neighbor heater on my 2000 GMC Sierra and I love it definitely recommend looking in too if you like a deep aggressive sound
Chomper needs LARRYs set up?!!!
How about Thrush Welded mufflers? They sound incredible and will not break the bank!!
Keep up the incredible work and I can’t wait to see what you get!!👍
5 inch rolled tips coming at a Y pipe orrrrrr fish it at the license plate like Betty but closer Yk
11:53 Dual 4” Quad Tips straight off the back.
They come in different colors (black, chrome, etc..) exiting where the hitch brackets would be. 👍
id say carven r's or dynomax race bullets if you want a muffler. Overall the dumps make it so much louder in the cabin so simply running the pipe to the back will quiet it down a lot for you in the inside.
Carven is the way to go, It won’t disappoint!
I agree
Spintech make really good mufflers and have a really good sound and for that truck with a cam would be icing on the cake
The ricer mufflers sounded nice I like the deep drone sound 👍🏾
U should put the c7 corvette quad tips out the middle of the roll pan it would look sick
facts
To me it sounds great just the way it is
You should do a Flowmaster 40 series or super 10, I would love to hear what is sounds like with a Flowmaster!
Sounds good on a cammed Silverado my cateye had flowmaster 40
I would the try the 3 inch magnaflow bullet lot of people had it with long tubes
I second this opinion
You are the MAN!
AWESOME SOME
10 out of 10
Spintech 6000 series on my Cammed 5.3 Sounds fucking crazy. Equal length exhaust and it sounds like a corvette. Highly recommend.
Add some carvens or add a second x-pipe
Chrome rolled quad tips
I would do the black window venom 250 or a super 10. Would sound so mean with the long tubes & tsp cam
Would sound awesome super choppy I got Flowmaster cut outs I'm in Bama too they never bother me they always love the Chop. Hooker headers shorties and Long tube are great. I have a Choppin 2003 Ford Ranger with a little small block in it when I roll up on people there face is priceless
That is one beautiful unit!

What x-pipe did you go with? Also Carven Rs are the way to go😂
I think it sounds great just as you have it now!! You can really hear that cam chopping now!!!
The ole girls sounding mean! You should try a set of black widow widow makers I think they’d sound amazing on chomper
"It sounds like I have a big block under the hood" said the lil cammed 5.3L 😁 under the hood.

😍 oh yea she sounds beautiful making me want to reinstall my 2step 😂, question brotha where did you get your cluster I need that baaad
Sounds perfect
those corvette “mod” exhaust on trucks are sick too.
Hey man I got a 2013 gmc sierra and I have long tube headers and it’s straight piped I was wondering on how I can make my truck louder when I start it it already crazy loud when I drive it but I just want my start and idle louder
Try a spintech 6000, what i got on my truck sounds insane with them on.
Thank you I been saying that for the longest
Sound just like a vett
For mufflers I would run 2 magnaflow bullets part # 14419 would sound amazing!! And for tips you could change it up and do the corvette style out the back canter with 2 dual tips 4in
Or 2 of the corsa pro mufflers would sound great to!
What product do you use to wash your truck.
Had you put the race bullet mufflers on it
You should look into equal length exhaust on these trucks. It sounds great kind of like a corvette.
With center exit corvette tips under the rollpan.
my buddy had carven out the back it was insanely loud just like that setup u got now. he turned the carvens down and they sounded so much better
u couldnt even sit in it from the clap
You need to do true dual with 2 1/4 inch pipe with dyno max race bullets and 6 inch tips that’s the next setup I’m doing on my 5.3
Honestly Chase, I'd say either a flowmaster super 10, a 14 inch magnaflow magnapack or a flowmaster outlaw. I've had these on my Chevy 1500 and I get Soo many good comments on my truck.
Where did you get the x pipe from, I need it
What stage cam do you have in that truck
Spintech 6000 muffler rolled tips turned behind the tires 😍
what cam do you have in her? could you drop a link to it if you have one?
How come you don't put a cam in larry? Even if you aren't shooting flames or chopping everywhere it would still have performance gains
I have a Carven R on my 2019 Silverado and it sounds great, I really think you will love them.
What tune do you have it to rev like that?
You should do a video where you either heatwrap the headers or coat the whole exhaust to squeeze out those last few BUFF horses
What brand of headers you running?
What wheels are you running?
Tips coming out where the trailer hitch would be angled down and out a little
Yeah, I had a Tahoe that two stepped and shot flames….. shot flames so bad it blew my cats clean out 😂
Flow master flow fx is what I have absolutely love it
Vibrant performance bottle style resonators.
X-pipe at the exhaust shop for sure
can you please put the stick rear bumper back on it’s bothering me 😂
No sir we love the roll pan!
I run dual magnaflow glasspacks. Straight through but tones it down.
What brand of X pipe is that ?
3in magnaflow bullets!
You should definitely look into valvetronics mufflers you can have strait pipes or change it to muffler I have them and they are sick.
I love it, I need to change out mine to make it louder
Keep up the good work 👍.
Get carven R’s, I have them in my 2012 Sierra and they tone it down at low rpm’s, but still has a mean idle and screams when you open her up.
What 2step are u using?
What would be sick is if you found the exact exhaust your looking for and get some electric cut outs for when you wanna get rowdy!!!
Dual carven r mufflers with full 3in duals with some nice tucked 6x18 rolled tips
Go with Corsa Pro-series aka "Extreme" mufflers. They sound amazing with headers and an x-pipe. I'm doing headers on 13 Ram 1500 soon then going with Corsa mufflers and an x-pipe.
The duals out one side would look good 🙌🏻 sorta like they do tips but you would do 2 out of the same side as a dual
At idol it sounds like a late model. Dirt racing not sure if you are familiar but being from Alabama I would hope so lol.
Color match the LBZ driveshaft 🔥
In highschool I would have thought it was sick but now I’ve got true duals with mufflers and it claps but it’s not too loud
Setup tips either chevelle style or like big betty
Center tips under the plate tipped down but not a full dump kinda like the exhaust was here angle wise
Sounds like……DEGA BABY! 🫸🏻🫳🏼🫸🏼🫳🏼
What are the cam specs? 🤙🏻💪🏻😎
You should try a pair of spintech 6000s they make some trucks sound like vettes!
Sounds badass 😎
What tires are those
trans am style tips tucked up
It sounds great but it sounds like open headers to me. I really like the cam you've got that motor. Yes, you are going to have to tone it down or the highway patrol's going to have a heyday with you. 🤔
You should try an equal length set up next time. It will sound like a vette😂
Flow fx mufflers to serve as resonators, make it sound like a vette👍🏻
