Bro at the risk of sounding corny these shop tour videos are really inspiring- besides the amazing shops, the people that have built these shops really seem like grateful hardworking people. You can really sense their gratitude and humbleness for how far they’ve come, and how they reference their families. It really gives me something to build towards and keeps my mind on continuing to grow and reinvest in my business, as opposed to feeling tired and worn out everyday, just concerned about getting through the day. Man....Mitchell's shop is dope! Love the size and the front and back roll up doors but the workout rooms upstairs. Very cool. I would just be satisfied with an organized and clean workshop area like he has!
I bought a house that came with a finished 30 x 30 steel building with electrical, and spray foam insulation. It's a blank slate right now, and I spend my time figuring out how to lay it out. This video makes my head spin with ideas. A loft, with a workshop underneath, enclosed rooms, the works. So glad to have found this!

I would never recommend an epoxy or polished floor they are soo slippery a brushed finish is the best for a shop floor
