    OK.. so hope I don't sound pushy but we are gonna need like a 90 day program or something. I'm so late. YOU HAVE THE IT FACTOR..you just have...IT! I work out myself, I've done almost all the beachbody programs. Power Jump.. I love Les mills.. and as far as your afro beat 20 minute. That has to be the BEST WARM UL OF 2022 2023! my favorite trainers are on les mills. Dan cohen, Rachel newsham so on so on. And I have found myself PREFERRING TO START MY DAY WITH THESE WORK OUTS. It would be nice to see a full package deal program. I don't know... maybe 4 day trampoline at different intensities from beginner to intermediate to advanced to extreme. 1 day stretch 2 days power workout without trampoline. I DONNO. BUT YOU ARE SKILLED. AND AN EXCELLENT CHOREOGRAPHER. maybe you already got something going I don't know about. If you do. Plug me in.😃👍🏾
