    I'd guess thats a very early Malaysian made model, being from approximately 2002. After a couple of years of production, they renamed the Brush Control to the All Floors, so it has to be from the first couple of years of production. The earliest ones from 2001 were made in Malmesbury UK, but as we know, Dyson shipped all production off to Malaysia in 2002, so most DC07's are made in Malaysia.

    Dyson definitely got it right with the DC04 and the DC07 as a good follow up. The DC14 wasn't bad either

    Qualex sell a clutch cog set. To do the clutch rebuild fast cut the belts.

    • @beko1987
      @beko1987  2 роки тому

      I dunno, once you've cut the belts I find it really hard to get the clutch out of the machine. It's a fair shout once it's out though, since all you need to do then is release the circlip and dump the contents out. Luckily I'd just stripped the dc27's I had and had a good clutch so rebuilt that, although the one from this one is sat waiting for just such a qualtex cog set!

    • @Robonza
      @Robonza 2 роки тому

      @@beko1987 Its really easy to get the clutch out, use a large flat blade and lever it onto one of the clutch screws.. I should do a video on it as it is something I can do really fast these days.
