How Much Wrap Do You Need? BEST Way to Cut Out Wrap To Fit Any Car

I forgot to mention: You need to split a piece big enough to cover your longest bumper in half at the 30 inch mark and use each half to do each bumper. Then its 6 feet for the hood, 6 feet for the roof, and 6 feet for the trunk. Its about 15 feet for each side (your car will never be 15 feet long so you will have extra), 10 feet for the bumpers, 6 feet hood, 6 roof, 6 trunk.
15+15+10+6+6+6 = 58 feet to wrap any car so you should have plenty with 60 feet. If you do it like how I do it on every car you will have about 10 feet left over if you don't mess up!

Aslong as its clean & surface is evenly smooth all around. You should be fine. DO NOT WRAP A DIRTY CAR. OR A CAR WITH ORANGE PEEL AS IT WILL SHOW ON THE WRAP! just a headsup

Hey can you do a video on how you trim along headlights and emblems? I'm wrapping my second car and its still the hardest thing for me, being able to get the vinyl in deep enough with a nice cut. I'd love to see your process at a slower pace and with your instruction

Challenger bumpers are taller than 30in so the cutting the half of a roll into 2 30s will have to change for that. Luckily I talked customer into a black roof and hood and trunk that saved me. If not then you'll need a little more than 60ft
I haven’t done one in a while but I think I can make the stretch
Before I ask I should mention, I’m a first timer and I figured ordering precut pieces would just save the hassle of making sure I have enough for each panel of my e90.. Now it’s time for my quarter panels.
Would you recommend for me to cut out the pieces for the door? Or just order those separately? Just asking because these doors are so curved 😢

@@liljune8209 honestly through any vinyl supply page. Like if you need enough for a roof, instead of ordering a full roll just order 5’x5’ or whatever measurement you need
I actually work in a wrap shop now and honestly it’s just wayyyy cheaper to order a full roll if you’re doing a full wrap lol
