For real though, Chauhan reminds me of Frank Sepe: he comes off as warm and charming, and he’s fit but not intimidatingly so.
(And I mean that in a nice way; as some other comments more sarcastically indicate, I can at least believe that I could look like that if I put in eight years of consistency.)

@Micheal I’ve been unfortunate enough to have gotten sick from Salmonella poisoning and I can tell you that it is no joke. I was in the hospital for 5 days and it still gives me nightmares

Not sure if he washed it or didn’t wash it but he looks great so something’s working!! But he did mention later that he washed it!! In all seriousness bacteria is not something to mess with!! Either way thank you for the great video!!

I hope that one day in the future these types of videos will become more realistic, example.....just finished my cardio, time for a few cc of insulin, followed by a few mg of test. Athletes should be a bit more open to the fact that they use P.E.D's, young teens spend hours and days killing themselves believing that chicken and fasted cardio will get them veins and 3% body fat. false advertising like when Hulk Hogan told us to eat our vitamins.
The problem most of the time isn't the athletes. It lies with the companies who sponsor them.
These meal prep videos are good, but they tend to avoid the supplementation part... It's like you wish for a burger, but they just give you the buns... The main part is left out...
Where is this taken place ?
I feel for his digestive system eating till 1am and early morning...even if his body sleeps his stomach works 24 hours...
