    Wahnsinn, auf diese Idee muss man erstmal kommen. Sieht besser aus als mein Teil wofür ich 300 Öcken bezahlt habe. Ich hoffe er klingt auch so wie das aussehen ist. Daumen hoch, auch für das Video, toll gemacht, toll dokumentiert

    Great idea! Simple and really easy to do if one has the materials, and the headphones look really badass.

    Very nice. I'm looking to do some crafts with used brass casings soon for fun.
    I see you are also in the UK, where did you buy the used bullet casings? :)

      Hey, I`m actually from Germany :)
      I bought mine from ebay. If you don`t want spent money for them I suggest calling some sport gun clubs in your area (If their are some in UK). Hope I could help you a little bit.

    Cool bro!! What kind of lens are u using for your videos?

    • @rideableentertainmentcomme7291
      @rideableentertainmentcomme7291 7 років тому +2

      For this video, I used the canon T5i with its kit lens! In my latest videos, I switched to Panasonic g7 (entry-level 4k camera). For my panasonic I have the DEC Lens Regain Speedbooster and the sigma 18-35 art lens.
      Let me know if you need some more information :)

    what type of bullet shell did you use?
    and where to buy that shell

    • @rideableentertainmentcomme7291
      @rideableentertainmentcomme7291 6 років тому

      It has to be Caliber .45 ACP if you want to combine it with these Headphones!
      I bought about 10 bullet casings/shells on eBay for a few bucks :)
      Hope that helped:

    why didn't you tie a knot in the cord inside the shell so the wire can't pull out, superglue doesn't seem to be as strong

    • @rideableentertainmentcomme7291
      @rideableentertainmentcomme7291 7 років тому +4

      Yeah you could totally do this. It`s the "classic" way. But be aware that the knot might take much space of the casings interior. This will make the resoldering much harder.

      Sorry I don`t get the problem. It´s Step 3 "Assembling and SOLDERING".
      You obviosly have to resolder the earbuds back to its cable to make them work. I wrote a full blogpost with detailed instructions and advices for every step.

      "Drill bit" might be a more appropriate formulation.

      Rideable Entertainment COMMENTS oh one more thing--for drilling the wire hole in the base of the shell, was that a 1mm drill bit?
