Her gratefulness toward those who helped her in this transitory time absolutely shines. What a beautiful story of human connection. Her space reflects it.
I can't believe that's only 350 sq. Feet! It looks like double that space! This was one of my fave episodes. When she gave props to her friends i teared up cuz that's soo great she gave them credit but you could tell she's been through alot and really appreciated them soo much for being there. Her dog knows how to work it in front of the camera too 😄 Than you for sharing your spaces with us 🥰
Very beautiful space and story. Im always annoyed at the idea of people "thinking" they did EVERYTHING on their own, this is a testament to understanding help is valued and needed.
@@sososanchez3512 Yes ! A thousand times, yes. Your comment was my immediate reaction. *As tears roll down my face* Her friends are her family. I completely understand.
I LOVE the framed Guccis. We all hate the feeling of parting with something we love that has been ruined and is no longer usable. What a creative way to repurpose a "ruined" treasure.
The only thing I would have done differently is keep only the good shoe lol but that’s just me! Note to self.. if you love something and you can’t part with it..frame it❣️
Her new apartment screams “perfect new beginning” I could feel the warmth and peace in the apartment which is perfect in her healing process🙏🏼 good for her❤️
People act like romance is the most important thing in a person's life. I agree with Angie's view; your friends are the love and foundation of your life. We need to value those relationships more.
I won't cry this early in the morning! Okay, no promises.I had a real connection with Angie's story and could see she has a beautiful home and personality. It is often in the hardest moments of our lives when we learn the most about ourselves and what we are truly capable of. I say that, but still am very much in the healing process myself. Keep going girl, you have a true talent and have inspired me to make my new place feel more like home.
I totally agree 💯 percent! I can’t wait to decorate my new apartment. I came here looking to achieve the impossible, so I thought. I’m downsizing to 700 square feet. It’s more rectangular than square. I wished it were a square space, but I have to go with what’s affordable for me. Rent has skyrocketed. I was getting depressed thinking that I am going backwards instead of forwards. Not now! Her home has inspired me. Less is more💫
Your place is so serene and you have “REAL AMAZING FRIENDS” that’s what real friends do! The Blessing was that you got it together before there was a major mistake🙏🏾🙏🏾! There’s a new Worthy Love out there!! Thank you for Sharing💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾😊
I think that this is my favorite episode. Not only did Angie use the space in an amazing way, zoning every area so beautifully, she curated every area with her special things and special memories. She is obviously artistic and talented, and I love how she shared how her friends helped her in love. It has only been since my husband died that I have realized how important our relationships with our friends are. BTW, her dog is so cute !!
Loved her story ! It has sadness, gratitude, peace and what a lovely way all of it has reflected in her space. Makes me believe something good always come out of unsalvageable situations 😊
Late to the comments but I LOVED this tour - it's probably my favorite - just because of the apartment dweller's vulnerability, candidness and gratitude. And her space is so lovely and clearly full of the things she loves. Loved her idea about just showcasing the things she loves so it's not just piles, lol. Great idea to frame her ruined shoes - love things with a story behind them.
Angie, thanks for sharing your story. I too had a very bad breakup (8 yrs living together) that happened at the start of the pandemic and my female friends protected and helped me while I redesigned my home, so I totally understand what you've been going through. I love how your space looks, it's beautiful - and the best is that it vibes lots of love and affection. Hugs to you!
hands down one of my absolute favorite house tour. intentional, genuine, personal. just lovely. thanks for sharing your story-the space, even through a screen, looks and feels like comfort.
You are 1000% right. There should be more emphasis on the relationship in our lives that aren't romantic or familial. My life would not exist without my friends
Angie has such a beautiful spirit. You can see it in how she shares about her life, her space, her value on friendships, and even the books/games/signage on her fridge.
I love the personal items and memories Angie has on display. Nice to have friends who help you pack and unpack when you move. I think the windows make the space looks larger than 350 square feet. Her doggie is adorable.
Strong story about braving change. And fantastic vision in creating an apartment that just blooms with life and expression. Never would I believe that it's just 350 SF! It's pretty perfect - the type of place you could be happy in for a long time. congrats Angie!
This is a beautiful apartment. One if the things we need to learn (from personal experience) is that if we have an attachment to something we are not obligated to dispose of it. Instead we can display it in a grouping or on its own. It's turning a negative into a positive. This place is warm, attractive and interesting. To me, that is what decor should be.
A beautiful layout for a small space. Love your apartment and all the heart you’ve put into making it your home. Life is hard sometimes, love that you have wonderful friends.
This definitely has to be one of the best studio tours... i dont even know enough adjectives to describe what a beautiful true honest transparent smart and intelligent soul Angie is... thanks for opening up and showing her worls to us!
I cried when you cried and it was because you brought up the importance of friendship and allowing someone to help you get through a traumatic time and allowing it to be something special. You have made a beautiful space to heal in and you will never look back ✨️
Love the paint colours, angles and curves; the arrangement of furniture; furnishings; and her musings on the great importance of friendships, especially in dire times. Great video !
I feel this so much! You are correct a break up party is much needed. You want the type of friends that make you feel like family. I love your space and hats off to you!
Fantastic home with so much warmth, energy and personal touches. What makes it even better is knowing that friends helped create the space and were invested so much into it.
What a beautiful space and what makes this space even more beautiful is Angie's story! Thank you Angie for being so vulnerable with us and for sharing your space. Cheers to new beginnings!
This is by far my FAVORITE apartment tour. I love what you did with your place! It's freaking phenomenal. Your artistic flair is top tier. It looks so fun, fashion forward, cozy and most of all... YOU!!! The pup looks so comfy and so do your friends. I love the Teal couch ( I have a Teal couch too 🥰) and the pink plates. I've been planning on buying Pink plates forevs but just never got around to it. Lol The part about your friend knowing exactly where you plates were because she helped you move made me instantly tear up. That tugged at my heartstrings. The fact that you had these beautiful friends help you during this transition is simply beautiful to say the least. Cheers to your beautiful new apartment and new beginnings!
Angie's apartment is beautiful! I love the way that she decorated it to look like a home! It's roomy, inviting and spacious! Real friends, never want you to suffer. I'm so glad that they were there for her! Friendsgiving is a wonderful thing! Best wishes in the future Angie! 🐾 🤗 🐾

Upon watching several videos of you guys, now I understand why your channel is named APARTMENT THERAPY. Deep inside, it is indeed therapeutic. Thank you
I really identify with Angie, because I too experienced a tough break up in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. We were in lockdown, so I couldn't move out. It wasn't until 2021, I began viewing apartments. When I eventually moved into my place, I really felt like ME again. Angie's apartment is both beautiful and ecclectic
What a wonderful tour of your personal space/apartment. I Actually love the confirmation of the love your friends showed to you during the difficult time after your break up and how they know where everything is in your apartment, without you even realizing at the time that they were the ones putting everything away. Enjoy your new hime with your friends. Hugs from Canada. 🇨🇦❤️ Linda
This was spectacular, soulful and so inviting. Angie’s warmth and genuine sense of self, powered by that of her friends just made this more than a “home video”. Truly an experience, and one that I wish I was part of. Greetings from Melbourne, Australia. Xxxx.
She’s so right that loss is a great chance at new beginnings. She’s got such a great positive spirit and that’s why she has friends who are willing to help. She’s also very lucky to have such great friends. It can be hard to find a community like that. Especially when we’re older and have had a lifetime of being surrounded by fake or selfish people. What a great thing that she has these people who love her so much, and that she loves back.
So glad you guys are giving a 360 view of the apartment unlike a lot of You Tubers who show close up after close ups and you can't see the entire space.
Her apartment is so beautifully done. I literally could have watched her talk about the shelving for her books. And how she organized them so neatly by color instead of turning them backwards. And she's right her apartment is filled with so much light. Her decision to use color was such a good one and refreshing to see.
Love love love her story and also love the layout of her apartment how there was a separation from her bed and her work area. Love the colors in her apartment as well.
You've made a beautiful space for yourself. An oasis. And there's nothing like the love, kindness and generosity of good friends to help through a rough patch. Your place is like a like a warm hug and I'm sending you a virtual one!
Thank you for sharing your story and space. Yes, friends do save us when we need them. 😊 I would have swapped the bed and work area but everything else was beautiful. Love the color blocking and all the plants.
I thought the same thing and then I realized that would require to go up and down when you wake up at night. I can’t speak for her but I know sometimes that would be an issue for me.
The best thing about her tiny living space us the fact that its deeply rooted in elements of love and soul. Thats everything The second best thing about the place is aesthetic beauty. Bless.
