Learned a lot from this video, thank you so much. But there ist one mistake in the German subtitle at 6:18. It says 200 million casks ... but the spokeswoman speaks of 20 million casks
I bought a Johnny walker blue for $300 Cdn last week. This was my 1st experience drinking a Johnny walker so I wanted it to be a memorable positive experience. I am a retired 51yrs old and not a whiskey drinker or a cigar smoker but hey life needs to be experienced right?. My partner was taken back by my decision to splash 3 Bill's at the LCBO for this bottle and the cashiers made face gestures at her thinking we might not be able to afford it by how we looked and not knowing it was $300 cdn. I honestly thought it was actually $200 max. (I am missing a front tooth). Anywase I did buy a cigar and poured us a glass. I smoked it and dipped the mouth end in the the glass every 4 puffs. Oh my goodness! That was an exquisite experience. I felt blessed, mature and privileged to experience this. "Thank you Lord". Afterwards when I finished it I went on the couch, curled up and relaxed. So nice I felt hours later. On a personal note, this whiskey drinking is new to me as well as marijuana(flower/oil/edibles) which I started in moderation for the 1st time of my life which started last year and will make it continue to the end of my life because Lord Jesus wants to bless me. Next up I want to buy a bottle of scotch Dalmore 1263 King Alexander III.
Learned so much from this video, thank you! Adam & I really wanted to do a whisky distillery tour to when we were in Scotland last month, to add to our travel film 🎥 🚐 🏴 Unfortunately half off them were either closed for the season or far too expensive for our budget! Delighted to have gotten our own little virtual tour through your video. 🙌🏼 Thanks a million for putting it together! Tania ☺️
officially, the islands (other than islay) are considered part of the highland region, but some people do like to break those up into two different categories as well
where did the myth that whisky is a man's drink come from you ask? i say it came from women themsleves who set this trend not only for whisky but even beer for at one time most would not drink either but as times change with advenrtisment influence they started drinking more ,rum would be another spirit you dont really considere popular among women heck even some men but that changes too ,another example would be smoking hooka or argile water pipe ,now i see all the women back home smoking it
Thanks! Scotland!
