  • Is red light therapy just pseudoscience? Or can you actually get some remarkable benefits. I try redlight and near infrared light exposure for 10 days strait and document my results. I was super surprised!

Keep trying new things together and find out how much symbiosis red light can have with x, y, or z!

My skin has probably improved, I would say I have more energy, maybe it’s helped with some fat loss? There’s a lot of potential benefits. Thank you for this awesome video!! I'm curious about the timing. Is it necessary and best to do this in the morning? I'd love to know if it's okay to vary the specific time of day. Also, are there full bodysuit style red light wraps enabling overall red light across the entire body at one time?
I used to live in Seattle and struggled SO badly with the weather. I'm from sunny Australia. Eventually I saw a Dr who said I had SAD, seasonal affective disorder due to the endless rain, gray, cold yuck weather. She said most expats struggle with it. She said I had 3 options to treat it:
    1. Prescription antidepressants during the rainy 9 months of the year
    2. Pack up and move to another state with a better climate
    3. Begin a minimum of 3 sessions per week at a Tanning Salon specifically with the UVB only lights. Tanning salons are illegal in Australia, even the newer, less harmful, UVB type.
I had no desire to take prescription meds. I was not in a position to simply pack up and move elsewhere and so, I decided to try the tanning salon. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IN HOW I FELT. It was as though a sudden heavy lead cloak had been lifted from my shoulders. My mental fog, mild depressive strange sad feelings (not my ordinary personality in Australia), my physical health, body flexibility and desire to keep improving and doing and being the best I can be, all within the first week I felt astronomically better. I have no idea if it's a placebo type experience, all I know is that for the first time in a very long time, I began to feel excited about my future, planning goals and returning to my general state of calm, happy, ambitious, and hopeful woman. Particular physical inflammation and pain was also subsiding. This included extreme L4/ L5 bulging disc pain as well as extreme thoracic pain from previous injuries. I miss these salons a lot now I no longer have access in Australia. I'd love to explore red light therapy. I was just curious if:
    - I can find one suitable for the Australian power outlet
    - If there is one that does the entire body at one time or is there a reason not to do that?
That's also an interesting comment about the eyes. I've heard a Dr discuss this, and the fact that we should avoid sunglasses in order to get the light to the deepest part of the pituitary gland (don't quote me on that though! 😎). This is what sets in motion our circadian rhythm, governing so many aspects of our day and night including our metabolism. I'm not a scientist or Dr and just at the beginning stages of learning about this fascinating topic. It is my understanding though, that if you get that light deep into the most hidden areas of your eye, it signals your body to release cortisol at the correct time. In the morning. And ideally, if you're in a position to view the sunset, and keep any light's down low after sunset (below eye level, simulating the low burning camp fire type of light), avoiding blue light and all overhead lights once the sun sets, this, combined with the light in the morning in the eyes, that being blue light and extra bright lights in general, including natural daylight, can greatly improve your overall health.
Curious if the red light feels like a sauna? Curious if you're aware of any full body style? And if you came across any operating with worldwide power outlet adaptability?
Thanks again. I'm so excited about this topic!

Yes, there are full body size red light panels by JOOL. Pricey, tho. Morning's the best time for circadian rhythm/improved sleep. I bet u could get a plug-in adapter to make this model compatible with your Australian outlets.

I have the same exact machine I use it exactly the way that you are. I am five days and I have noticed that my lower back pain as well as my skin huge change. My pain in my back went from like 10 to a five and my skin. wow a smoother, no blemishes Some of my acne has gone away. Some of my scarring from previous acne is less noticeable. I also have the handheld wand that I use on my knees, as well as my shoulder due to a torn muscle in my shoulder, and my husband uses the wand on his tendons in his forearms that he has small tears in and three days into him, using the wand his pain is gone down tremendously so I believe in red light therapy 1000%. I will be buying the larger full body size one in about six months I am saving up because $800 is a little extreme so hopefully in the next 6 to 8 months I will have the full body one but until then I will continue to use this one as you are using yours

Hi There I have been using RLT for about a year now, for my thyroid condition, there has been some improvement with my blood levels. I also feel more energy after use. I'm not sure of the exact length of time but know the distance should be 6 inches for thyroid, I sit 20 mins most days, except when I go away on holiday. One thing Ive noticed though is that im getting more facial hair! longer strands which grow back faster, not great being female but if it improves my Thyroid, i'll put up with that. Have you noticed facial hair growth, I guess yr only doing a few minuets on face, whereas Im doing 20 mins. Thanks for yr video

Well sunlight is clinically proven to promote human growth hormone production in your body. That plays a role is hair growth, children’s growth, muscle recovery and cell recovery. This is basically mimicking that

Dude you were ripped and have no freaking flaws to begin with. You look like a fitness model and that you stepped off of Gentlemen's Quarterly. There isn't anything to improve externally. I don't know about internally, but you seem like a nice fellow. I do hope the red light therapy works I bought a face and neck mask. Have a great day!

My thoughts too. I want to see someone with some visible issues doing this. Someone with hairloss, someone with bad skin, someone with some body fat (as it can help burn fat apparently too).

Thanks for this experiment. Could you do a 30 day follow-up?
Could you include another person, perhaps an older person with an injury or arthritis to see if they notice an improvement?
You should see if it improves testosterone by shining it on your junk.🤣
I wonder how this would affect old people's sleep because young people find it hard to fall asleep but then stay asleep. Old people fall asleep easy but can't stay asleep.
    Lots to test.

It makes your skin creamy. That’s the only way to describe it. I’ve also always had facial redness-it’s GONE in three weeks. I’m having great sleep, too.

This has been tested by plenty of people and it is negligible at around 6 inches, like he said in video. Nothing more than what you are exposed to everyday in your house.
