I’m 58. I think being older the change that I’ve noticed has been magnitude larger than I ever would’ve dreamed of. Being young and healthy I think it’s understandable, but you don’t have tremendously visual results.
I’ve noticed my wrinkles mostly go away on my face and my neck has really improved. My inflammation markers have decreased. My HSCRP was really elevated at 10 and it’s back down at three. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my exercise tolerance without pain has really increased.

As a note, I do stock my routine. I lie on a PEMF mat with the red light over top of me while meditating.

I have two of the Besq lights like you started with. You are for sure missing out on the face game, 10000% recommend you do that daily. Apparently redlight exposure acts as SPF15, which I can confirm during this summer. Hey Lucas, great video- I love all the experimentation going on- sounds like a lot of the results were hit or miss depending on the specific target. I think this is partially by design, as in the dosages of the various things getting treatment may or may not be in the therapeutic benefit zone of about 2-10J with the ideal benefit at 6J. You’re going to see more deep tissue benefits with the protocol you selected. You would either need a direct to skin but much lower intensity device to target skin/hair (like the helmet or a lower powered skin led device). When you’re doing such high intensity red light panel work you overshoot the therapeutic range for the skin but due to 90% loss of the red light via skin and sub layers you’re getting it right into the ideal range for deep tissue treatment and healing. Targeting specific things- eyes, brain, etc requiring vastly different protocols- as they contain different mitochondria concentrations (the brain is very photo sensitive but has higher than normal barriers such as the skull. Eyes are extremely sensitive need really low dose first thing in the morning) and will also vary depending on your health and age (healthy young people might need lower dosages to get the same result). He also aware of cumulative dosing (re-upping the red light before the body has fully processed a previous treatment) and studies on transitive benefits of red light- when cells not receiving direct treatment improve their cellular function anyway. Some things to think about for your next experiment! Good luck and hope you’re still seeing good results as you further refine the technique!

Moles are easy to remove. Just scratch the surface up a bit (dermastamp works well) then hold a piece of cotton soaked in ACV and castor oil against it for like 30 mins. Do that a few times and it will draw the mole up to the surface where it will come off in a scab. If it grows back it you need to do the ACV routine longer to get out all the roots.

The before/after photos are almost impossible to keep perfectly consistent, so unless the differences are very obvious, you'll have a hard time telling what's what. And from what I've seen from other sources, the visual results on the skin are insignificant, meaning, they are within margin of error of consistency. I believe it's great for supporting mitochondria though, I feel like I don't get as fatigued as before the RLT and it lifts up my mood.
For treating actual injuries or localized inflammation, the RLT panels will not do (much), there's a RLT laser with a price in the low 4 figures, so not really meant for home use, but highly likely, anything less powerful just won't work.

Basically you ask him to do Asian squats. You can also buy a stool that elevates the feet while on the toilet. It changes the direction of the rectum and a whole lot of other neural things to make poop easier😂

It's impressive and believe in the technology! I used an infrared flashlight (skin contact) on a knee injury and has helped a lot. I'm now using it on a hair transplant. You have a slight thickness of hair growth from last year, but didn't need improving. You asked for requests on where to use it next: try your cheeks and jawline.

Hey Lucas I have a question about the back-flip. When you first started did you have the fear of landing in your head and breaking your neck? Because I do, and I'm wondering if you know how to get rid of that fear?

Hi Mr. Pigmie, I just found your content as I started researching Red light therapy. You asked us to let you know what further research/experimentation we are interested in: could you please research how and attempt to use Red light/Infrared light therapy on your eyes? According to research, it can reduce eye deterioration and even improve overall vision. This is one of the main reasons I got interested in red light therapy to begin with...
I see you are wearing glasses while narrating this video, so maybe it could be helpful to you too? Please do the proper research on the protocol, I do not want you to hurt your eyes

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years. I am a big believer in red light therapy and was intrigued when I stumbled upon your video as I have not seen any longitudinal one before. As a specialist in shoulder dysfunction, I do want to point out an important distinction regarding muscle healing and recovery. Red light does seem to have an amazing capacity for muscle recovery and repair. However, the shoulder issues you are dealing with can not be addressed by red light alone. Your shoulder issues are caused by dysfunctional and uncoordinated muscle movement due to the extensive injuries you have suffered. These will only get better if you seek out treatment to correct your scapular rotation and to balance (correct the movement) of the shoulder, neck, and arm. Red light would be a great complement to this work, but it's not going to do it for you.

The key are phrases "potential benefits" "there may be benefits", and actual percentages of these "potential benefits". Single digits. It is also of importance the fact that the improvements are temporary, not permanent.
