Just an idea for you: Instead of cutting up cups to make the lids, & to make them thinner, I made a sheet of chocolate and then took a round cookie cutter and stamped out what I needed to seal the chocolate bombs so it may work for the shot cup molds

Your welcome that would be a great idea they will be a big hit . If your planning on making a lot of them chocolate bark will be your best bet I wanna say with the bark you can probably get at least 15 to 25 little cups maybe even more . But if your using chocolate candy melts I would say about 10 to 15 per bag … Happy Holidays 🎄🎅
when trimming the extra choclate of the lid, heat up your knife and it comes off faster. you should cut the cup on the side and tape it up then put the chocolate that way when you peel the cup off just take off the tape and peel the cup off. the way you did it is more work
Thank you I kinda figured that out a little late after making them a few more times. You are right It was a lot easier cutting and taping the cup before putting the chocolate in but they didn’t break and I was happy about that . Practice always makes perfect 👍

Hello you can do so many things with that mold your going to enjoy it . Boozy cocoa bombs sound so good … we made Jell-O shots with the mold one time and used the jello cup for shots and let me tell you they are delicious. Happy Holidays 🎄🎄

I made something similar last year with silicone cupcake molds but I just made the top by pouring chocolate on top to coat it. I wonder if that may work here too. I love these though! So cute!

Hello love ❤️ how are you making the chocolate are you putting it in the microwave for 30seconds at a time for a total of 1 minute it’s ok if you still have chunks of chocolate just keep stirring and it will melt …If that doesn’t work boil some water in a pot and put another pot on top of the boiling water and mix the chocolate just make sure the water don’t touch the chocolate. That way you have more control of it that way best of luck … Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
The paper cups are definitely much easier .. I tried making these with the molding but the inside was so thin that it didn’t fit all the coffee and Chocolate mix …. That molding it awesome for like other projects i would get it if you find one I’ve done Jell-O shots in them before and they came out so cute 🥰..

Thank you love ❤️ … Yes you can use baileys it won’t leak out of the chocolate cup just make sure you have no small holes and if you do run across some little holes you can always add a little bit of chocolate to seal the holes.
Make a mix of Bailey’s and hot cocoa. That’s what I put in my Hot Cocoa Bombs so take your Bailey’s and your hot cocoa and mix it together and make a thicker batter and pour in there. So delicious! It’s easier than trying to put just liquid Baileys. I use Kahlúa, rumchatta , and fireball too!

Hello you can do so many things with that mold your going to enjoy it . Boozy cocoa bombs sound so good … we made Jell-O shots with the mold one time and used the jello cup for shots and let me tell you they are delicious. Happy Holidays 🎄🎄

I made something similar last year with silicone cupcake molds but I just made the top by pouring chocolate on top to coat it. I wonder if that may work here too. I love these though! So cute!

Hello love ❤️ how are you making the chocolate are you putting it in the microwave for 30seconds at a time for a total of 1 minute it’s ok if you still have chunks of chocolate just keep stirring and it will melt …If that doesn’t work boil some water in a pot and put another pot on top of the boiling water and mix the chocolate just make sure the water don’t touch the chocolate. That way you have more control of it that way best of luck … Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
By the way, I think the Lil paper cups would be easier to use than the mold right?? I almost bought a mold the other day.
The paper cups are definitely much easier .. I tried making these with the molding but the inside was so thin that it didn’t fit all the coffee and Chocolate mix …. That molding it awesome for like other projects i would get it if you find one I’ve done Jell-O shots in them before and they came out so cute 🥰..

Is there a reason you dont just snip it before you put the first coat on? If there isnt a reason, wouldn’t it be easier to just remove that step?
Good morning 🌞 you can snip the cup before you put your chocolate in just make sure to tape the cup if the snip it to long .

Thank you love ❤️ … Yes you can use baileys it won’t leak out of the chocolate cup just make sure you have no small holes and if you do run across some little holes you can always add a little bit of chocolate to seal the holes.
Make a mix of Bailey’s and hot cocoa. That’s what I put in my Hot Cocoa Bombs so take your Bailey’s and your hot cocoa and mix it together and make a thicker batter and pour in there. So delicious! It’s easier than trying to put just liquid Baileys. I use Kahlúa, rumchatta , and fireball too!
