What did you melt to coat the grapes in ?
Hello it’s a candy mixture that consists of 3 cups of sugar 1 cup of karro syrup and 1 cup of water mix ingredients all together before heating. Once all mixed boil candy till it hits 300 degrees then you can add any food coloring of your choice . Hope this helps o do have a full video under nerd cluster candied grapes

Do you get your candy to 300 degrees? I’ve read that dipping in ice water can cause cracking. Have you ever had that issue? These look perfect!!!!
Hello 👋 sorry all late yes I do get the candy to 300 degrees sometime a tad higher like 310 here in Texas the humidity is nuts and it affects the candy sometimes. Dipping in ice water helps to harden the candy faster, mine never cracked but we also do a quick dip . Hope this helps . If you run into any problems I will gladly help you out any way I can
What's the flavor of the sauce.
I usually don’t add any flavoring because of the Karro it already has like a vanilla flavor all on its own . But you can add any type of flavoring of your liking

Hello Elizardo family. Yum. That does look really delicious. Unfortunately, it is fattening. You could substitute the mayo and sour cream for plain yogurt and use no fat cream cheese and leave out the bacon, but it won't taste the same! LOL. Great video and recipe.
