TWO things I've learned from watching SO many of your videos ? The first is to keep your roof maintained because once it goes, your whole house starts to die with it. Also, DO NOT plant ivy anywhere near your house - it takes over, then comes through the windows, like a re-make of the old horror movie " Day of the Triffids" !!! :0
@@justinerogers8696 I can see that in a movie, as the scary music plays, and it winds its way through the grass, trees, and weeds ! " Just 100 more feet - onward, onward, into the breach, my brave vines .......we need more water, here !! " :)
The day of the triffids giant daffodils that spit n blind whoever thay spit on. Top film oldies are the best it reminds me of my ex, lol, just killer daffodils not as scary as she is lol
I'm stunned at how many people leave behind so much beautiful furniture, memories etc. Parts of the home looks clean, as if someone has dusted. I wish we knew more.
Theres a few books published from 2019 to 2020, so it hasnt been vacant for too long. My guess, family disputing over inheritance maybe, which can take some time, or recently deceased.
a quick look on google earth shows the property had a for sale sign out at the time of the google earth drive, which means that it has an owner or the estate was in probate and able to be sold by executor. These people shouldnt be going in here.
Adam, 2 very interesting points for you. If you looked carefully in the attic there should of been a temporary wooden cross (grave marker) for helen as she is the daughter (the girls bedroom you went into). Also the giant cricket bat in the attic actually belongs to a pub in london, well helen graduated University met her future husband John, moved to London and in their area was a local pub which was due to shut down, so helen and John bought it to keep the pub open, unfortunately though just shortly after helen past away suddenly. The pub is still being run to this day by john marklew (helens husband) an helens sister becky. The pub is called the bricklayers arms in putney. As for the house I'm guessing the parents moved out because they couldn't cope living there anymore with all the memories of there daughter, maybe that's why there is hardly any dust on things but they're just leaving it as it is. As for becky (helens sister) I don't know how come she didn't inherit the house, but a place that size would cost alot of money to repair and always keep maintained.
This place is amqzing ime shocked the houses havnt been cleared out clearly someones been here as there are no bodies it really intriges m e ime now a firm believer in spirits
I know families get attached (memories to belingings) but letting it rot down no more preserves the memories they kerp the belongings for, than selling it to another family who can make their own memories, etc.
There's a good fair few places I have been like this but not actually abandoned. No one lives in the property and looks abandoned but someone still owns it but doesn't look after it.
I agree. The hallway ceiling has fallen but there’s no debris. Copper pieces are shiny. Even piano keys are clean, as are the paintings on the wall. Someone has been cleaning there.
There no dust build up shown esp in glasses..on top of the tops or window sills.. with all the plaster dust.. how is there not even a fine film ..that was very odd. No dust on photographs .. The fridge would have black mold .. somethings don’t fit ..
@@conitorres9774 not all the places he goes to are fully abandoned. Some can be getting permission to go in them. Like someone stills looks after the building. Kind of like this one.

Finders Beepers recently did a video in this house and the attic was CHOCKED full of beautiful things! You can also see the servants quarters we’re up there and the actual age of the home. Everything up there is still original. Love this place. Looks like someone’s been up there removing things. Lot of stuff is gone.
Mrs H ... I sometimes wonder if the family feel that they parents house is too expensive to fix up so they wait for someone to buy the land ...Sometimes family move abroad and life for them is busy which causes family bonds to be broken (Out of sight, Out of mind ) We in UK have elderly that are extremely lonely and forgotten about.. It's a sad fact of life...💔.. It's sad when you know that once this house was once full of life... The photo's are priceless memories that I can't understand why they are all left 😭💔
In the kitchens, I think what you kept calling brass is actually copper!! Very valuable because it looks solid. It is possible that the reason this house looks so perfect yet abandoned could be because the parents of the last generation that lived there outlived their children and grandchildren living in apartments with no place to bring large antique furniture and dishes and no money to restore a family home.
The government should auction it all off for different charities n do the house's up for those charities that help people and families in desperate need of housing thay could get the young n needy to do them up to live in rent free while they're looking for work n saving for rent and deposits for there first place to live then when thay got there self sorted move others in n teach the young to look after it n fix whatever needs doing that way thay have a roof over there heads n learning some sort of trade for when thay get there own place to live it will also teach the younger generations that not everything is given to them on a plate n give them a sense of self-worth when they walk through the front door n it looks nice thay can say I did that
Boomers rather than young people had everything handed to them on a plate. But it’s perfectly possible the children of the people who died not even that long ago (David Cameron book etc) just haven’t been able to let the house go or are righting over inheritance or wills weren’t clear etc. its possible they just didn’t care about the parents or like them or care about the inheritance. I totally agree no homes should be empty for more than a few years and forced to be sold etc but fair rented or used as council homes for all the young And old people out there who need homes regardless of being handed things on plates. Life isn’t about being a machine or a means of production

So so sad leaving behind family photos, we are clearing my Mums house and that is the first thing we took as no way leaving that behind. Some beautiful features as the best I have seen like you say definitely an eareee place because of how much has been left inside 😮🤔😍
There was a book in the pink bedroom titled The Railway Man, it was released in 2014, if that helps you date it at all. Beautiful home and amazed it was left untouched. Thanks for the explore.
This house does not feel empty, it feels as the family will walk through the door any time. I can see the family living here and hear all the vocies talking at the same time it is like thunder .Any one else get that feeling
There is a connection between this house and The Bricklayers Arms in Putney London which was run by John and Helen Marklew. Helen tragically passed away in 2005 at the age of 41. The grave cross marker with plaque for Helen Marklew is in the attic of this house in Wales. I suspect this was a temporary grave marker until a headstone was put in place. The large cricket bat in the attic makes reference to The Bricklayers Arms.

I am surprised the beautiful furniture is still left behind. Must have been a stunning home to live in. Whole time you were going through the house i felt sadness. Thank you for showing this home...I wonder why they left!?! Cheers!😮
This is Amazing!! Somebody in the area or town would know who lived there (??) There must be an abstract filed at a courthouse or a town clerks office. This is very mysterious
If i left my home for say 12 months it would be inches deep in fluff. So why was those tables etc devoid of anything. Someone must still live there. Dad died last February and within a few weeks there were cobwebs. The rate of decay is very quick. So either they are still there or died very very recently. Great explore
The warm light that fills the foyer and mother nature creeping in through the windows is so beautiful. The fireplaces are gorgeous as well as so much of the furniture. Even though the decay is beginning to take its toll, this home is still so lovely. Wonderful explore, really enjoyed this one.
I love this house and did not feel that there was a bad atmosphere (Maybe I had to be there to see and feel it). I just wanted to warn you Adam about the bad floor above you. You could see through the ceiling to the attic. But you wouldn't hear me anyway😄. Thanks Adam and Matt😘

It’s so sad that so many Memories have been left behind. It’s sad that no one’s come back to get the mirror the pictures or anything once again, Adam, you have given as a really fantastic video
Wow. This is an amazing house. Absolutely beautiful. I think an elderly person lived and died there, and the family haven't taken any of the belongings. Maybe they're wealthy and don't need it, or maybe a dispute with the will, so it just sits there.. It seems so strange that people just leave things to rot away. But there's thousands of dollars worth of furniture etc just sitting there. Imagine what could be in that safe!? What a shame it's been left to decay. So beautiful. I hope no one goes in and ransacks the place. Great video Adam.
Lovely property, shame it's just left to fall into disrepair. Weird how all their clothes were left, all those photos and family memories.. What I found strange was the fact it looked very clean, no dust, no cobwebs until you went up the stairs, but at the same time the ceilings were falling down and the ivy was getting through the windows.
That red wood of the staircase and the sideboard are mahogany. It was a lot less expensive than cherry, which it resembles, and won't decay as fast in humid climates. Whereas cherry is a hard wood, mahogany is softer. The furniture maker Duncan Phyffe made his furniture exclusively from mahogany and mahogany veneers. With age, it develops a beautiful patina, almost black.
What a gorgeous home. It's such a shame. So many rooms that are decaying, but also so many rooms that look so well kept considering! Keep up the great work lads x
Hi guys, what a beautiful home, but omg 😮 my heart was pumping, you two must have nerves of steel, defo heard a woman and a child and something demonic, take care you two, it was brilliant. Marion london ❤
One last comment….the bedroom where part of the ceiling plaster had fallen, should, in theory have fallen on the top coverlet of that wrought iron bed! But the sheet was clean! 😳😳😳😳….I’m sure someone has done some tidying /dusting, also the fridge was pretty clean in view of how long the house has been abandoned!???
I love all ur videos, breaks my heart seeing these abandoned places, some left untouched, or vandalism. And u guys so lovely, and put everything back wen ur going through their things. Pure heart. Stay safe guys. Look forward seeing more of your videos xx

Absolutely gorgeous home, agreed 100% can't understand why it's abandoned... the box on the floor is a coal box , usually has a small shovel inside.... thanks Adam it's absolutely stunning ❤
What a beautiful place and so worth wait! 😊 Why wouldn’t the family come and collect their things. I couldn’t do such a thing like that. I feel that is very disrespectful to the parents and or grandparents!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful video!!😊❤
What a beautiful place, great find Adam. It is so sad that all the nice stuff was left behind. The furniture is very nice snd look’s expensive. I hope no one else comes after u and takes all the beautiful things. Beautiful!!!! Great find Adam and Matt. Keep them coming. U two r very respectful!!!!!!
I'm so glad Folk had a nosey, but were respectful. Not one speck of vandalism. So great to see that. Shame this Wonderful place is just falling apart at the seams. ☹️ Thanks for bringing us along me old Mate! 🤝👍🙂
Beautiful place Adam, Matt but has someone been in and dusted ? loads of decay and ivy growing through but no dust !!!! not in the living room anyway, it’s obviously abandoned though. Love watching you and Matt as a team, your both so respectful of those that have passed and their belongings , much ❤️ to you both, Granny Linda
Such a beautiful home, so sad to see it decaying away. Fabulous antique furniture as well. How strange that everything is just left behind to rot away.
The passion you have when you describe the interior off an abandoned property whether it's in good or bad condition, if there were people looking to buy these kind of properties you'd be the perfect estate agent for the job , signed, sealed and delivered every time!👍
Very cool house..I would love own some of that lovely furniture! Sad to see the mold and decay setting in😢 keep finding these amazing places you two, much appreciated ❤
Bet this was an intriguing explore Adam nature is starting to take over ,I'm wondering how long the property has been empty as it's dust free but dilapidated in other aspects. Why did they leave and where did they go.The box on the floor is a coal shuttle, my granny had one.Mirror in the bathroom was beautiful.

I really wish that you would show us around the grounds little more on the end pan out. It looked like they might’ve been a nice water fountain or something there. It would be nice to see if they’ve got a shed or a barn with some hidden gems in like a lovely car or something.
Hi Adam and Matt awesome to see all the old school antiques, shame to see so much of it still in there, that voice on the voice box did sound a bit scary, thanks for the tour of this place, loving the content thanking yous😀
What a stunning home. Before it was a abandoned you can imagine how cosy and elegant it would have been Someone is definitely coming to the home regularly to clean the property. I wonder who it is? Or why they are doing it? Great to see Matt. You two make a good team when exploring. Let’s face it you never really what could happen on your own! If only I was rich!!!!
A great explore Adam, it was a lovely house in its day. I saw this house very recently explored by The Bearded Explorer, and in 1 of the bedrooms was a lovely wooden rocking horse, I didnt see it on your explore or I mightve missed it? Unless someone b4 you has been in and pinched it, which is sad. But a great explore as usual. 🙂
TS 15:04 is the ever so dangerous point of hidden black mold. Usually never seen in this state. Black mold when left in an enclosed area, it grows a fuzzy cloud then the black spores start forming. If you inhale just 1 of the bits that are so delicately growing from within, you won'r realize it until certain organs start shutting down, exactly what they were. Rarely will you find that (what's in the cupboard) outside a petri dish in a laboratory. Please wear your masks when in black mold infested homes. All it takes is 1 small molecule to float into your nose or mouth and the outcome could be very sad, even deadly. So many nice abandoned homes and items inside worth a fortune in the U.S, all just going to waste. I suppose like many, no one wants to deal with what's been left to them. Rather just let it all be forgotten. I saved my family home an then sold it for nearly nothing. Acres of ground, a house that was perfect for any young couple. $3,500.00. Not because I'm wealthy but because the family I sold to had 4 kids and they were young. I gave them 1 year to make payments and they did. An they lived in it till they unfortunately both passed away right after the kids were out of the home. Help those in need and you'll reap the rewards❤
I'm looking forward watching this amazing video. I'm really enjoyed watching Adam adventures, his exploration on abandon homes is sometimes properties has been trashed and it's sadden me when I watched properties been vandalised. Let's hope by watching this video the property is not well vandalised. Adam you done a fantastic job on UA-cam.
thats a pump organ i have one from 1800 i saved it.. love it and its in my front living room..lol i love mine... much love from a fan in eastern oregon
There was a brief scan of the staircase and you captured the reflection of the staircase in the mirror, that was really cool. The attic walls were very unique. Great explore. 👍
Hi Adam and Matt, what a treasure chest of beautiful things! And so much! As you said, even a new washing machine not even unwrapped! Three hand sewing machines, sadly aren’t worth a great deal anymore today, but between £35-55..maybe more if old, or unique. Some of the dinner service was “wheatsheaf” by a well know manufacturer. Two horns in the kitchen, one was a hunting horn, the smaller one a bugle, but more for decoration than playing these days. In the lounge, the odd shaped carved little wooden box on the floor in the corner was a coal box. Coal in there, a little coal shovel fitted inside, abd you just lifted up the front by the knob to get a shovel full of coal for the fire. Very attractive. And nicer to look at that the later brass rounded buckets or aluminium coal shoots you saw. Apart from the dust made by falling celings, it’s true as someone else commented, there isn’t much dust, as if someone is coming in trying to keep it down?
Well worth the waiting. Wish you could do more with trying to communicate with the spirits. It really is very interesting. Hi Matt. Beautiful old house. Take care you guys until we meet again. Ellen from Arkansas USA.

Wow fantastic that box by the fire would hold coal adam yet again you give the best. Wish you could find out what happened to the family 😢
Loving the ivy on this beautiful home, no doubt this will be an amazing explore, definitely looking forward to watching!!
Amazing, everything in such good condition
That’s a beautiful home Adam it’s lovely seeing the elderly couple in the photo .Thanks for taking us around with you Ann uk 💕💕🇬🇧🇬🇧
What a gorgeous home. It's such a shame. So many rooms that are decaying, but also so many rooms that look so well kept considering! Keep up the great work lads x
That is such a beautiful home, who wouldn't want a home like that. I would love it. Great video!!
I just love the different colors on the wall. So cheery!
Beautiful place. Fantastic video 💕Couldn't help feeling quite sad seeing a home which holds so many memories being consumed back into nature.
Hi guys, what a beautiful home, but omg 😮 my heart was pumping, you two must have nerves of steel, defo heard a woman and a child and something demonic, take care you two, it was brilliant. Marion london ❤
What an awesome house! Must've been beautiful back when the owners lived there. What a shame it's going through decay.
Great explore Adam. Can't wait til the next one. Rich 🇬🇧
Such a beauty. Did you research to see if someone named charlotte ever lived there? So many family pictures. That’s especially sad.
Portmerion Totum ware at 3 13, the owners of the pottery factory came from north Wales. It was based in Stoke on trent ,Suzie and Ewan, Knew them well. Turn more pottery over to see were it's made.
Adam this is heart breaking, tearful 😢 for who ever felt so unhappy Thay just left..x
Hi Adam...I'm loving the range in the kitchen, you can almost feel the family atmosphere that would have been going on there back in the day, beautiful place x
That was fun! Thank you for sharing your explore and hanging out with all of us for a little while. Hopefully I can catch you in the next one! ✌&❤from America 👱♀
Absolutely gorgeous home, agreed 100% can't understand why it's abandoned... the box on the floor is a coal box , usually has a small shovel inside.... thanks Adam it's absolutely stunning ❤

I wish buy house is beautiful from England 🏴 😮😢love it ❤
Good one Adam it is a shame to see al the furniture I hope
there is family
Such a shame this one was abandoned. This one rocked. Take care Adam.
Not long to go! this is going to be amazing!!!

Hi Adam I'm still loving your videos been watchen for few years now still look forward to watchen your content thank you
I'm so glad Folk had a nosey, but were respectful.
Especially when you see so much plaster has fallen from the ceiling and no plaster dust!
Such a beautiful home, so sad to see it decaying away. Fabulous antique furniture as well. How strange that everything is just left behind to rot away.
The passion you have when you describe the interior off an abandoned property whether it's in good or bad condition, if there were people looking to buy these kind of properties you'd be the perfect estate agent for the job , signed, sealed and delivered every time!👍
Waiting Adam Ann uk 💕🇬🇧
Very cool house..I would love own some of that lovely furniture! Sad to see the mold and decay setting in😢 keep finding these amazing places you two, much appreciated ❤
Bet this was an intriguing explore Adam nature is starting to take over ,I'm wondering how long the property has been empty as it's dust free but dilapidated in other aspects. Why did they leave and where did they go.The box on the floor is a coal shuttle, my granny had one.Mirror in the bathroom was beautiful.
Less than 4 years I reckon. Books on the mantle piece were published in 2019.
I’m new to this channel! I just want to say how much I really enjoy watching everything you post!!! Thank you!
Ooooh looks intriguing 👀 as usual will probably be excellent from you Adam 👍 . Looking forward to it! Rich 🇬🇧
Me too, Rich!
@@kathyfuhrmann8297 Hiya Kathy 👍 In tandem with Adam's videos is Dead City Urbex from Matt who goes with Adam. More paranormal and you get another perspective of the property. Hope this is of use to you? Rich 🇬🇧
@@r4976 I love watching Matt too. I am not sure they are together this week though??
Yeah Matt here
@@AdamMark your premiere times are differing from Matt's though.
Beautiful home, would love to have seen the kitchen😊
I really wish that you would show us around the grounds little more on the end pan out. It looked like they might’ve been a nice water fountain or something there. It would be nice to see if they’ve got a shed or a barn with some hidden gems in like a lovely car or something.
If I did this type of thing I'd have to have a multi part video. I couldn't get it all in just one......lol
What a great looking home 🏡 👌 😍
Hi Adam and Matt awesome to see all the old school antiques, shame to see so much of it still in there, that voice on the voice box did sound a bit scary, thanks for the tour of this place, loving the content thanking yous😀
What a stunning home. Before it was a abandoned you can imagine how cosy and elegant it would have been
Someone is definitely coming to the home regularly to clean the property.
I wonder who it is? Or why they are doing it?
Great to see Matt. You two make a good team when exploring. Let’s face it you never really what could happen on your own!
If only I was rich!!!!
What a stunning house with lots of vibes really enjoyed this explore as always 🙂
What a beautiful house ❤❤
A great explore Adam, it was a lovely house in its day. I saw this house very recently explored by The Bearded Explorer, and in 1 of the bedrooms was a lovely wooden rocking horse, I didnt see it on your explore or I mightve missed it? Unless someone b4 you has been in and pinched it, which is sad. But a great explore as usual. 🙂
How many times has this place been explored. And are they the same places......
I've only seen this explored twice by Adam and previously by the bearded explorer. Great house. 😊
Especially antique furnitures
thats a pump organ i have one from 1800 i saved it.. love it and its in my front living room..lol i love mine...
much love from a fan in eastern oregon
There was a brief scan of the staircase and you captured the reflection of the staircase in the mirror, that was really cool. The attic walls were very unique. Great explore. 👍
Stunning what a waste of a beautiful home cud do so much with it ❤
Hi Adam and Matt, what a treasure chest of beautiful things!
So Beautiful and yet so sad. I pray those things won’t be left to rot away. So many in need. 😢❤
Thank you for this video. ❤❤
(P.S. I didn’t know your middle name was Ann!! 😂😂😂😂)
