The overgrown climbing roses against the turquoise house is beautiful. I'm sure the interior was lovely at one time before all the collection of stuff took over. Loving the windows filled with beautiful things among the cobwebs and decay. Thank you for sharing this wonderful explore.
Hey Adam, you have to remember that this guy was aging in one place. As the disabilities increase there is less movement. Less movement means doing only what you have to do. This results in home projects and repairs go on the back burner. The next step of dying alone is bed resting for months until you pass. Their world gets smaller and smaller until it's just the bed, then you fall into eternal sleep 💤😴💤. That's why these places look so packed and strange. He probably died alone then his family comes in takes the cash then does a speedy exit without rememberance of the ancestors past. Such a sad situation when people die alone.
So well said. As a 70-year-old trying to clean out her house, I can see how more and more dust accumulates. Like you said, you have less energy and do the bare minimum. Thank you for this explanation.
So sad if that’s the case 😣 I couldn’t bear to think of my relatives dying alone and how horrible to take the inheritance and just leave the house and possessions 😢
I think another thing to factor in is whether the guy could attain home health services or not. They'll pay for cleaning, but some people will do the bare minimum just to keep those hours from being reduced or taken away completely. They'll clean the place enough to show they're doing work, but not enough to risk those hours and their paycheck. There are plenty of people who will put up with that kind of behavior because there's only two other options that might not be tenable. They could either go to an assisted living community or a long-term care facility. The former is a little better than the latter unless you need assistance with almost everything. As for the latter, there's not even any guarantee you'll get the kind of assistance you would get from living at home. It might actually end up being worse! Also, you may not want to leave your home at all. Essentially, leaving your home is leaving behind a life that you built
Great video! I can't get over how no family member comes forward to claim these empty home's. It's really sad because many of them have been extremely beautiful.
Ciao everyone, the picture hanging above the fireplace is the front cover of the first album of the British progrock group King Crimson, "In The Court Of The Crimson King" from 1969. Thanks Mark... wonderful explorations! Luca
Adam I’m amazed at how you appreciate one’s left behind possessions n the respect you give . And show excitement to the abandoned homes . It’s so awesome
Totally agree with Liz! The gentle care that Adam Mark takes in approaching the environments and furnishings encountered in his explorations are touching ...! Once again a heartfelt thanks for the wonderful documentation of life moments that will soon disappear swallowed up by nature and time.
What a beautiful house and grounds it's sad to see it as it is now. Clearly the people that lived here were educated and well travelled. Really loved this one!
I love how respectful you are of the items you find. Whenever you pick things up, you do your best to put them back as you found them. Most abandoned places I've visited have been absolutely destroyed by vandals, filled with new trash or picked clean. If I were the person that lived in that house, I would appreciate someone else appreciating my things, especially since they are being shared once more with an audience of thousands before moldering away into oblivion. That man may have been a hoarder, but he put a lot of effort into compiling that hoard; thank you for sharing your exploration with us.
This house is awesome. I love his eclectic taste. Very eccentric. He comes across as orderly if you look at his glasses in that cupboard, and the bathroom on the shelf. Could it not be other people that have trashed this place? This is a very unique home that I hope does get a second chance at being someone else’s. Thanks Adam. ❤
That house is too far gone to be a habitable dwelling once more. It is a great shame as it was a lovely place and I feel good lives were once lived there.
I'm looking forward watching this video especially you never know what will happen during exploration. Adam never dissapoint what he does and Adam is truly respectable towards people property. What so amazing watching this video is what kind of antiques and expensive items left behind this property
You’re right Adam. Nice vibes in the house. With all that music, art and literature in the house. I sense that the couple was very happy together, no discord.

Adam, I've been following for over 2yrs and wow, how can people leave these things like this. Love your exploration of these places. Enjoy these emensley. Ty for sharing.
The owner had some good taste in music as I saw both Bowie’s Aladdin Sane and Ziggy Stardust albums. In one song called Quicksand, Bowie refers to The Golden Dawn (a secret society devoted to the study and practice of occult Hermeticism and metaphysics) and I saw the owner also had a book with this title. He was definately into the occult and lots of other interesting stuff. His collection of art alone is amazing.
Did you see at the beginning of the video the hand painted picture of the album cover " The Court of the Crimson King?". Owner was a very interesting person. Beautiful house. I hope it can be restored to its former glory.
What happened to taking a look at the kitchen? I don't believe you forgot about that! Such a fascinating house, and I bet it was really nice when the owner was alive and well. That giant framed red face above that gorgeous mantel was from an album cover, "King Crimson," I remember my roommate had that record in 1975! Would love to see all of the paintings that were covered on that bed. Wonderful explore Adam...but why did you cut the kitchen? Looking forward to next week!
That house and out building were so full. Wow no telling what was there hidden the house was beautiful at one time. I bet the grounds were awesome back in its day. I enjoy looking with you guys. Always waiting for the next one.
I think that as he got older, & was probably the last one to pass, it was harder to straighten the house! I think that he was an artist & kind of eccentric, observing his artwork! Sad that the family didn’t come back to claim the beautiful antique furniture, collectibles & personal memorabilia in this place 😥 Thank you Adam, for sharing this wonderful exploration!!! I loved it 👍💕♥️
Truly amazing explore, Kieth was a fascinating character, bit of an old hippy, probably built most of the house himself incorporating all kinds of interesting features. I reckon he might have had a son living there at one point, the end bedroom with that beautiful wooden Buddha head definitely had a younger vibe. You made this so entertaining and I'll put this one up there with my favourites.
Such and interesting place! Abandoned homes like this are just full of hidden little mysteries & stories. The faces on the walls remind me of author + illustrator Brian Froud. Thanks from Australia 🇦🇺😊
It's so beautiful and peaceful there. I may sound cuckoo for Coco Pops but he passed on in Mother Nature's awesome surroundings. Being alone doesn't mean one's lonely and sad. Some of us chose to live alone and just enjoy the tree's, bird's and wildlife as companions. I'm one. I shop when I have to...when I Have to. My garden and jungle is where I'm happiest. I can walk and talk with God and my wrinkles and crinkles are forgotten. So respect the respect you show this man and his home.
What an incredible explore the outside garden would have been absolutely stunning, would’ve been an amazing home 🥰🥰 I really do wonder where they have gone!
Amazing home, it once would have been beautiful. Obviously Keith was a keen photographer and travelled the world in his younger days. The Celtic pagan 'Green Man' head was very dominant in this house. I would say he was of German descent, the feminine decor says happy couple, sadly she must have passed long before he did. So many beautiful pictures, books, vases etc. Next time you encounter a family Bible Adam, have a look inside the front and back cover 'off camera' as most families write names and dates of Births, Marriages and Deaths of the family there. It will give you a private view to their story. The word is pronouced (see-p-ah) re the old photo's. Well done and thank you. 💕🇦🇺
What an amazing place to explore. Amazing old stuff everywhere, Well i guess we know why there was no ladies clothes found after finding the naughty books..LOL Enjoyed tagging along with you guys..Take care and stay safe out there..
The amount of decay seems twice as much as only 6 years would yield. Adding to comments on Adams personality, I believe he could talk his way out of any hassles or sketchy situations. Then, if talking doesn’t work, then he could take care of it the other way. A good guy to hang with!

The poster in the outbuilding you had a question about is a glyph of the Tree of Life. It is a Western Esoteric symbol, which is associated with some of the books you found in the main house, namely “The Golden Dawn.”
Love it Adam. Alot of expensive stuff there. He Def was into Asian artifacts. I'm just wondering how they lived in all that stuff. There are a few bits that seem to have been placed very recently, because they are dust free: the photo album with old photos in the front sitting room, the photo of the man in the bedroom, and the two of him and woman on chair, the hanging clothes in the bedroom. They stand out they’re so clean.
It really pisses me off that people rummage through stuff and absolutely destroy abandoned houses!! I would bet anything that at one time that house was adorable! What is wrong with some people? Great video Adam.
Brilliant Adam,so much stuff collected and kept... heartbreaking really but thats life,we all have to depart at sometime, shame its been left to decay. Thanx for posting... really enjoyed this one ✅👍
Fantastic house!!!! The print on the wall in the outbuilding isn’t a spiritualist item, it’s used to focus camera / video. Nice find! Makes me want to buy the place and restore! Thanks Mark
It is a spiritual item. It is the sefirot (tree of life) surrounded by esoteric symbolism, pentacle, yin-yang etc. Even says kabbalah at the top. I guess you could still use it to focus a camera though.
What an AMAZING PLACE! Loved this explore and thank you for not going down the ghosting hunting part as well, it didn't need it. You are to good for that. Give me an old fashioned walk around explore anytime. Roll on to the next one.
Nice explore Adam, but felt it was a bit rushed compared to what you usually do, you had me out of breath keeping up with you, but thanks for showing us this lovey house tucked away in the country side., and all it’s contents left behind.
Don't think he was a hoarder, over years probably since he died, kids, and teens, rummaged through his belongings. Sad as it is, does happen but great find just the same love your videos. Hello from Oklahoma
One of the most, or indeed the most phenomenal abandoned house explorations ever❗️It boggles the mind the value of so much, Asian sculpture and antique objects, art work….all manner of treasures❗️Amazing how you navigated each room, floors deep in every type of objects, that bed with art work hidden under bed sheets…WOW! I am wondering how you discover these abandoned places…. by happenstance or word of mouth, or recommendations….. I know you can’t disclose specifics, but in general. Completely fascinating, so much of a personal nature, letters, photos, so tragic to have all aspects of Keith’s life abandoned. You are so respectful, as usual, and pleased to see you wearing gloves. The outbuildings….all manner of discoveries 🫣 disclosing various interests…. Well done you two…..incredibly fascinating❗️ Fan from Nova Scotia❤
Great to see with Matt again. You two work so well together. It’s best to be with someone as you just never know this day and age. My husband had to go to a shout to a fire at a house. In his office he had filing cabinets full of porn magazines.
I know this house. As it is now public knowledge and if you look into it. This is a guy who had been given a new identity was infact a german spy who came in from the cold after an incident in Berlin. People in the 60's and 70's will remeber him. Good you showed the picture as easier to do a face recognition if it is also available for public display

I absolutely agree with you Lindsay. The ghost stuff ruins an otherwise excellent explore. I click away when the gizmos come out.
Nice explore Adam, but felt it was a bit rushed compared to what you usually do, you had me out of breath keeping up with you, but thanks for showing us this lovey house tucked away in the country side., and all it’s contents left behind.
Beautiful items in that home.
Not his wife unless he was married to Esther Rantson 😬
Lush house though, amazing, wish I was there ! ❤🙌🏻👌🏼
you can tell that was a beautiful place and house . wish you had done a phenomenal investigation on it. but i loved it.
Brill can't wait love your vids especially the old houses and ghosts love from Wales xx
Was seemingly a beautiful place once. Always sad to see such places fall into disrepair.
Adam you explain everything soooo well! Had my attention the whole explore!! Love it! 🥰🥰🥰
Best place ever. I don't understand why so much nice stuff is still there. The word for the old brown and white photos is Sepia (seep ia)
it is the chakra system, energy centers in your body. What a great explore! I really enjoyed it.
Love the videos! Gorgeous place! Thanks Mark 😊
Great to see with Matt again.
You two work so well together.
It’s best to be with someone as you just never know this day and age.
My husband had to go to a shout to a fire at a house. In his office he had filing cabinets full of porn magazines.
I am excited for this video 😊
🤗 meh too!
14:31 So he was married to Esther Rantzen?
I thought that too 😅😂
@@samandjennysambrook A striking likeness, particularly the teeth.
There is a certain likeness. Esther's teeth are a little more prominent, that's as politely as i can put it.
Joking aside, i wish Esther the very best in her battle with lung cancer.
@@58Brando me too,A nasty illness!💞
Fabulous deep note on the piano
Wow, incredible house, so peaceful there, the birds...♥️♥️💯👻
I know this house. As it is now public knowledge and if you look into it. This is a guy who had been given a new identity was infact a german spy who came in from the cold after an incident in Berlin. People in the 60's and 70's will remeber him. Good you showed the picture as easier to do a face recognition if it is also available for public display
What? Can you please provide some information to verify any of this? Just really interested
Amazing place the stuff inside just incredible Thanks
that was a grand big bed there , lovely place such a shame these places not lived in
Only been a subby for a week or so. Been watching your vids back to back ever since. Great tours of houses and derelict buildings thank you so much Adam for the footage of the history of such places. looking forward to this one.
