I'm doing pretty low mentally and physically right now :( I'm trying to look after myself and to not sleep too much so I got up even tho I'm pretty sleepy. My new medication makes me very dizzy atm but sleeping so much makes me stay up nights which isn't good for my anxiety at all. Doing this yoga to feel better

Hello Bird. Do you happen to know any yoga routines for lymphatic drainage/support? My lymph nodes have been clogged or something and I've felt so tired/groggy/and dizzy. I'll be going to the doctor soon to see what's up, but I'm also trying to find ways to support my body naturally.

Love your videos. I wish there were more stretching and deep breathing videos out there that did not reference yoga. I know many who won’t don’t do yoga because their religious beliefs (Greek orthodox, Muslim, others..) advise against it due to the pagan history behind some poses. I feel many of my patients are missing out on the amazing benefits of belly breathing and stretching!! :-)
I dont teach religion. I teach moving the body and connecting to self. Nothing i teach is religious. I make yoga for everyday people from all walks of life. Yoga is a universal term known as oneness. To yoke or unite. Which is exactly what i create these practices for. Hope this helps open up a different perspective on the term yoga.
I prefer not using blocks.
