CubCrafters Carbon Cub FX3 STOL contest in Alaska

I've never done any of these sorts of competitions, but this is a video of my first attempt at a STOL contest in my FX3. Specifically, I participated in the short-takeoff and spot-landing contest at the Sourdough Fly-in at Port Alsworth Alaska in May 2023. My best short takeoff was 85 feet and my closest touchdown to the landing line without scratching was 20 feet 10". Definitely a lot of room for improvement, but it was fun. The 85 foot takeoff was the second best in "Alternate Bush Class" out of 3 participants. i absoluetly love the cub its my dream aircraft for sure, currently flying around in a 1946 aeronca champ, do you own this aircraft? and what do you do to afford it?

I spent 2 years locked up in a Chinese hotel room while flying for a cargo airline during 2020-2022, except for when I was flying. I was able to save the money for the airplane by doing this, plus I live in a small apartment and don't have a family, so I made sacrifices.
