Bro i had tight right hip and glute and have been doing the full stretching routine and it has worked wonders. Pain is significantly less. So today i susbscribed and dropped this comment after seeing the improvement. Thanks a lot 😀❤️

@@janelynn2560 keep doing it on a regular basis. Do not overdo it. It will work gradually and pain will go down.

@@janelynn2560 once a day is enough in the morning. Make sure you heat the affected area before stretching it out.

I’ve gained a lot of weight the past 6 months since I had a big surgery. But even a few years back I was so athletic but always tight in the hips and shoulders. Would you recommend I do short stretching before a workout and this after a workout or this before and short stretching after a workout?
lengthening muscles before strength training is generally not recommended. i would go with some some light dynamic stretching before, and use this as a cooldown
I like how you give time to set before each stretch. Most videos I've seen they rush it and then you barely have 15 secs really yo to the stretch. Nice video bro
On the third stretch be careful y'all i went to far down and dropped my whole bodyweight on my head 😂 i have a huge headache now
Great video man, may I suggest a couple of things? Possibly in a future video you could show the deepened version of each stretch for those who have been watching your videos long enough to not be challenged by the basic stretch anymore? And the other thing was just to factor in wrists and ankles 😊

I have backpain only during sleeping for more than 4 months. I have done every test but nothing helps me i even change my bed mattress tried all the workout. Nothing works i will try these one too god help me😪

bruh, every song he chooses has beeps in it so it sounds like the warning beep that the stretch is almost done. and then he goes into some of these stretches without explaining it or anything like the upper back stretch is odd and i have never done it, and also the rap songs he choose suck

Picture a rubber band, if you stretch it out it won’t have the same elasticity same with muscles it won’t have the same performance after stretching

Anyone have tips for an alternate quadriceps stretch? My leg instantly cramps when I try to get it in position
Try putting your leg on a chair. Make it level to your hip and lean forward slight. I hope that helped!

Sir I am getting pain when I am strectching in hand near shoulder and full hand some type notice comes when I roatate the hand for stretching

Had 18-24 months of issues with tight leg muscles and have made this my morning stretch routine. Even after just a few days I am seeing enough improvement for me to step up my strengthening exercises. So pleased to have come across this upload👍👍
