- Final thoughts of this Odablock situation for the time being is that Odablock should not be banned. We will be waiting a while to see things happen o the Jagex side of things for this situation, but i can bet absolutely, Mod Trident will be under investigation and will be seeing some serious consequences. Only time will tell, but i will however, be keep you all up to date with this news and talking about it every step of the way.

Yeah, I think you're onto something there. I think most of the super rich rs community has been involved in that stuff... A good friend of mine did it all legit and it took him 3 years of often ten hours every day to get shadow, tbow, bowfa, scythe, ect on his own. I work a lot and I have tried to do it with only bonds, and my bank is now worth just under 3b but I've probably spent 2 grand over the years (I did make a lot of money through pcm as well)

ill say as it is. Im part of the people that got banned for rwt with odablock's cc. I've rwt maybe like 1.5-2b sure. But i'm not a POS scammer and rwter who does it for a living. Mod Trident needs to be fired and jagex needs to sue him for damaging their image. Corruption and distrust with the community is the worst thing you can have and yes maybe i deserved my wealth and ban but i feel like me getting caught this way was unethical and wrong because it was through malicious means.

One of the biggest things is that, if you know Oda, he wouldn't confidently be this defensive and going into this much detail if it was all bullshit.
He and others have been providing a crazy amount of receipts and Jagex has done nothing (yet) but provide a blatantly wrong claim.
I don't think he even cares much about losing the accounts, it's the principal.
Say what you want about Oda but you must be braindead to be against him in this case given all the info that's out there.

I get that they have to do their investigation; however, they have to make a statement about it. Additionally, they have to place him on admin leave until it becomes resolved AND make it known he was placed on Leave (with the caveat that he may be reinstated if innocent).
One more thing - they have to make a statement about Stella as well, and address the concerns with her. Tbh - she must be permanently banned indefinitely on ALL accounts and prevented on making future accounts for years.

One thing that worries me a little is that when Mod Jed did his shit, he was able to impersonate others, it would make more sense for Stella to try and throw someone else under the bus I think... Which it seems she's kind of done publicly already with Trident, I mean otherwise she'd be fairly stupid no?

Also I checked the Blockchain wallet, there's been $18-19k of bitcoin transactions since January 2023. Trident is likely getting a cut of that. I'm filing a 3949-a to the IRS and hopefully I will get a cut of it too.

This whole situation has made the game increasingly uncomfortable to play. I made a light joke to someone who was flirting with a “girl character” about them sounding like a Stella Trident situation. Next thing I know dudes threatening me about putting me on some list.. lesson learned I’ll just keep playing the game in silence but it’s sad how Jagex can utilize chat GTP to make bots and the game feel more played but does nothing to make the game actually more enjoyable and comfortable for the actual players who dedicate years of our lives to this fantasy world

I checked a whole range of newsposts, even archived ones using the Wayback Machine, but I can't find Trident anywhere included in the names of JMods. It seems we can't draw conclusions from his name not appearing in there.
Nobody should have any involvement with players directly or any interaction and requests of bans,if you want someone banned,as everyone you should send a ticket to jagex and report with video,this shit is so fucked up,they must do smth about trident and stella.
i remember beating stella in a dm one time, and she got a magic level, she seemed way to confident that she wouldnt have lost if it wasnt for getting that level, i turned around and lost 4 times in a row to her, I can''t get it out of my head as to how much she started flaming me about it like somehow she just knows shes not supposed to lose, probably only meant to lose to the people she "sells" it to. seeing all this corruption i wouldnt be shocked if she has a way to have a leg up on people during her fights.

Personally chose to send a message to Jagex by putting in my account deletion process. Its not just stella why I'm leaving as I personally been putting in bot/farmer reports with nothing being done for a good month. Starting to see this company isn't worth the time.

Trident has never been on the list of mods under the news posts. I don't believe he's part of the OSRS team, he's part of RS3 and OSRS for anti-cheating. But regardless I went back to posts before all this happened and his name was never there. So that's not a sign that they're doing something about him.

They could still IP ban Stella regardless of if she uses a VPN or not. Jagex can easily see not just the IP used but also the ISP of the connection on the other end so if they were serious about canceling someone, they could get info from the ISP and issue a hardware ban on her just like Microsoft/Sony do for games.
If she has a dynamic IP, then an IP ban won’t do much. Reset router after a ban and log back in with a new IP.
IP bans only work long term against people with static IPs and not many ISPs these days use static IP.
Hardware bans are more effective than IP bans, jagex likely wouldn’t even need to contact an ISP. If jagex themselves don’t have that info, runelite almost certainly does.
