  • Smoked shrimp & sausage on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1100....cook took a little longer than expected but had way to many shrimp...
Used Melted butter, bbq rubs, green onions, mixed them all up with the shrimp and sausage and put on the pit boss at 225....after 45 minutes turned the temperature up on the Pit Boss to 350 because I had to much shrimp in the pan....total cook time was about 1 hour and 15 minutes....but damn was it good.....

BUMMERS BAR-B-Q I made this meal for the family this past Sunday, added some baby lobster tails (from Costco) to the batch. They really enjoyed it! Thanks for the video!

I can't decide if covering the drip pan is better or not. Some say it adds flavor once it gets seasonsed.
Curious to know what everyone else is doing.

Sorry, late to the party. I like this recipe. If you started at 300 how long do you think it would take less that the 1.5 it took you by adjusting from 250? BTW, love the meatball recipe. I am cooking it again this weekend.

Would definitely be quick at 300.....I like the lower temp to get a little more smoke on them.

Nice job again .. but i wonder if using that thin extra rack slows down the cooking time because it doesn't get as hot or hold as much heat as the thick iron grates

      Not Sure....Just a lot easier

I would think opening the lid all the time slows down cooking
