I never got to see Elvis perform live. Living in Canada, by the time I heard of one close by, they were already sold out. What I have seen on the big screen with “That’s The Way It Is” & Elvis On Tour” I loved everyone of them. He was dynamite in everything he did. Wow, such an easy question. Why can’t I get an answer. Ok, I’ll have to go with Suspicious Minds, by a very small margin. Hard choice. I think all the ones you put here should be classified as his bests and I think these should be added as well; “The wonder of you”, “I just can’t help believing”, “Don’t cry daddy”, “Words” and.... aaahh .....what the heck, why not just add all of them?
He did a great version of the wonder of you .. never did it again live.
I know! There’s literally like 25 I could’ve put here. But these five stand out for me. The link in the description of this video would probably be my next for five.
@@ElvisistheMan_ good choice! Thanks for a fantastic channel. The artistry of this exceptionally singer, the best of all times, needs to be spread to a wider younger audience and you’re doing a fantastic job. My favorite channel!
For 70, I vote for Patch it up Baby. Amazing.
I just can't pick the best of the best - from the best!!
Bridge Over Troubled Water was my fav. It’s such a beautiful song on its own, but of course Elvis took it over the top.
Bridge over troubled water. Love the orchestra. All great performances though. Need an easier question next time lol.
Definitely Polk Salad, specifically the November 1970 versions. If you haven’t seen footage from those concerts, it’s an absolute must watch.
From the listed performances I'm torn between all, and you'll have to hold a weapon to my head to pick one. I can narrow it to Suspicious Minds and Mystery Train/Tiger Man. But what do I do with Polk Salad Annie 🤔 Elvis spoiled us in 1970!
There’s SO many to choose from!
You are exactly right Tommy and Dave !! Let's see we have his perfect voice...
the jumpsuits...shimmy and shake!...air guitar..
karate moves...sweat..
dance moves...fantastic back-up singers ,
band and orchestra ..
the BIG dramatic finishes ( which he was also known for) hmmm
that about covers it for now.....HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PICK
FAVORITES??????? ( LOL)🤔🤷
Polk Salad Annie of course !!! Like the energy !!
You’ve lost lost that loving feeling, with repeat
Check the link in the description
1969/1970 MY FAVORITE.
Suspicious Minds, also the big difference between the record- which I never much cared for- and the live versions in the 70’s is unbelieveable..
Yes it is...,me too
@@ElvisistheMan_ nice we agree. Keep up the good work
Ohhh and it’s *always* Polk Salad for me.
Now or never
Nice hoodie.. I vote for that !
Thanks 😎
Always a tough choice. But I would have to pick Bridge over troubled water. Elvis sang this with great feeling. I also like how he sang It's now or never. Another excellent video! Thanks.
Yeah he saying it was such passion! Everybody’s picking that one LOL. I love how he sings “sailing.”
It's the letter from Vernon
and the autopsy supposed
to be realesed 1/25 maybe
on Elvis birthday.
Elvis in the beginning 1969 Las Vegas was all great performances I would say in my opinion poke salad Annie l just can’t help believing bridge over troubled water you’ve lost that loving feeling are my favorites
There’s a reason he was called Prince From Another Planet. There’s just no explanation for him!!
