Nice news update Will. Some good stuff coming out this year. Especially looking forward to the Train - O - Rama S class and I saw what looked like a Paul's 3D Prints N class! See you at a few exhibitions. - Nicholas.
27:31 I asked a person at the Newport railway museum in the Hitachi if there were any front door Hitachi trains that still existed today (there was a poster with one on it) and know I know there is one.
Now I know why Ixion models are so good. I first ran into Phil Badger back in the late 90's, he was very good back then, 2+ decades later and these are top tier models.
Thanks for the update mate, looks like it is going to be another busy year in HO scale models, with lots of new releases. The Ixion LF/MF wagons sure do look nice, will have to get some myself soon. The NN wagons from IDR Models also look great.
This is good timing, since I ordered one of the SDS Queensland 1460 class models yesterday. I got TasRail QR 2056 because she's in a patched New Zealand livery.
Odd to see NZ120 versions of QR rail. yeah the TT scale running on N gauge is popular in NZ but I would have thought it would have made more financial sense to do it in HO running on TT scale track (HOn3.5) which is what the majority of QR models are in. All well if it works for them grate more QR locos the better. I just wish On42 would get some love.
Always looking forward to the 1st day of the month with another great Video Will from you again, pack full of info about this wonderful hobby, kept up the the great work
Had a chat to you just before Christmas at Hearns Hobbies, and I remember you asking if I modelled Queensland rail (being a Queenslander. I can say I have bought a CGL model of 1461 in centennial gold livery. I’m really looking forward to the release of the QR 1620 class.
We might lament over stock being sold out but, that is a measure that Aus outline railway modelling is healthy and popular. Glad you reviewed AMRM, have you thought of announcing books (not a review).
Absolutely! The hobby is only getting bigger! Fantastic to see! I’d love to! If people releasing railway books want to get in touch I’d be happy to showcase them in the news!
I'm really looking forward to the Diamond Creek exhibition. It was packed last year. Also happy to see the S Class Diesels coming. I've been waiting since 2001! 🥺
I'm curious, has anyone else pre ordered an Auscision V Set? I ordered one early last year but the release date seems to keep getting put back. Last I checked they changed from third quarter last year to second quarter this year.
Will: Thanks for your presentation. There is a photo of a brass S class diesel at the 34.05 mark. Do you know any details? Am currently cross-eyed working on N scale. Thanks again. Peter
Go Aussie N! Thanks for the shout out mate
Always keen to promote your stuff mate!

Will, thank you again for the news, great that yoiu take the time to collate it.
Cheers, and stay safe, Michael

707 Operations has one, there are certainly some in storage in NSW

Excellent!
I've already got a couple, 2056 and a QR unit that's part way through a conversion into a DQ class!

Thanks Caleb!
Looking forward to getting my hands on a C44aci 😁
Good choice!
Will, thanks for the news and keep up the great work. Cheers Richard.
Thanks Richard!
Having been out of the hobby for decades, it is very impressive to see the current quality of our "small" manufacturers.
We’re very lucky to have them! Thanks for watching!
Thank you Will so much.
Best wishes for 2024
Love your work.
🙏
Thank you as always Bill!

Great stuff Stuart!
Looking forward to the powerline vline coaches... any more news on those... had them on pre order forever
I think a lot of people are! If I had news I would certainly put it in!

Can’t wait for the E class 2-4-2!!
It’ll be a good kit to test your skills with!
I don't know which manufacturer will produce the ready to run HO-scale RRZY or RQZY well wagons? If there are any, I would purchase them
Nothing I know about! BGM do make a kit!
@@WillJamesRailways I know about the BGM kit
Thanks Will!!! I'm looking forward to finally getting a 42 Class unit, and I hope that there will be a candy 82 class 🤣
Ahhh a Candy 82! Even I could be tempted for one of those!
@@WillJamesRailways How about a red terror scheme, or green and yellow Raiders scheme?

The one in the Diamond Creek posted? Could be a PSM one but I don’t know.
Thanks Will. Not PSM as is under construction from brass. Prob. VMRS???
Thanks again.

Can we get some more model layout updates or a R class review?
No layout and the R class is more than 10 years old. I’m struggling to do the reviews I’ve had backed up for 12 months. Sorry.
So AMRA Caulfield has officially moved to the showgrounds for good now?
Nothing is set in stone! Personally I much prefer the Showgrounds!
Waiting for the SDS K’class release date. 😊
I reckon we’ll hear about it soon once the painted samples arrive!
