I get it, Nepotism does exist, and many of us would do the same thing if in the position to help the people we love, especially if it's our own child. Nothing against Bronny James, but I can't help but think if Davis and Love last name was James, they would be #1 overall picks in this year's draft. I think all the guys mentioned in this video can be great in the league, sucks they have to wait another year when the path is paved so neatly for a guy like Bronny and others benefitting from who they're related to. Hopefully they still get their chance and escape injuries this season as they go back to school to try and prove themselves once again. Do you have an issue with Nepotism in sports?

Come on hes not taking rhe spot of love and Davis. If they were good enough they would be drafted over bronny. Idc who his dad is it only gets him so far otherwise thanasis would be starting. Who cares if hes the 54th pick in a bad draft. 2nd round picks rarely make the team let alone play so who cares. It only matters cuz the media is profit driven so they milk the story

I been sayin the same thing. I am not a LeBron cult member, but I agree with Rich Paul on his point about nepotism. There are US presidents that are juniors. Most of every business and every dynasty is built on nepotism. Kolb Karl, Luke Walton and 4 Barry played in the NBA (@ of the were NBA players. Blake Griffins brither played in the NBA, Dale Davis's son is in the NBA, Patrick Ewing's son played in the NBA, Larry Nance Jr., Glen Rice Jr., Glen Robinson III, Damian Wilkins. So the NBA has always been about nepotism. So is the rest of the industries in this world. Why wouldn/t LeBron do the same?

I feel like this is a very important subject, my sons recently experienced nepotism on a basketball team. One played the 1( scoring 16ppg) and the other played the 2( 8ppg 7 steals) but the were repeatedly beached for the head coach and owner son which was trash. I removed them from the team and the team when on to lose every game big after. My sons were happier and were already national champions and jr Olympic in fighting. They had to get away from that team in bball tho. It was so toxic.

It’s very important man and so unfair. To literally think if Caleb Love was Caleb James, with his talent, he would’ve been the #1 pick 3 years ago! You did the right thing. No parent should stand for it and more people should speak out against it. I see X NBA players meat ride this situation in James’ favor, when they know a guy that averaged 4ppg in college, with a major heart issue would never be considered for the NBA, yet has Rob Palinka come watch his workout is crazy. Lebron always says this and that has no place in sports, well neither does nepotism. Let your son earn it like everyone else. He's short and doesn't have the skills a short player needs in the NBA. Can he develop? Sure, maybe. But he's had the best trainers in the world growing up, so why isn't he better? Nepotism is here to stay! NBA teams make economic decisions, and drafting players with "pedigree" makes sense on so many levels. Let's not forget the NBA mantra of the past! "It's ENTERTAINMENT!" Moreover, players with such pedigree have the support system to ensure that at some point they can develop into a serviceable PRO! As children, they are around the game at a high level and can seemingly handle the finances better than others. The players that you highlighted would certainly be high draft picks in the past. However, we can not overlook the fact that their individual decisions to return are also motivated by their ability to get paid at a level never seen before in college athletics! The "game" has changed from top to bottom in so many ways! I appreciate your commentary on such a hot topic! I just hope parents and players alike, take note of the landscape, and make informed decisions. I'm looking forward to the return of the aforementioned players to assess their individual decisions to return! Bronny and other progeny will do just fine in whatever they decide to do. "They are already rich; B****!😂

But do a piece on the amount of European players that are drafted and never come over taking up a draft spot with college players going undrafted. Then there is the other Euro players that do finally come over and are complete trash after being drafted high taking from better college players. But I ultimately get it man, I feel bad for Bronny though regardless of how hard he works and do what's necessary people will never truly believe he earned it due to this narrative and that weighs on a man and will hurt a lot. Shout out to LeBron for creating a brand so strong it gives his son's eyes though especially not growing up with a father active in his life.
