- A tasty healthy treat that happens to also be gluten free, vegan-friendly, 'clean' and dairy free... oh, and you only need three ingredients. Another win, win, win recipe :) My version is Apricot & Almond, but also good are Cherry & Pecan or Cranberry & Walnut.

Nice healthy snack Sacha!
Great idea for those of us looking to eat better in the new year. Thanks.
Excellent recipe and super easy for a busy mum!...we want more, we want more😁 healthy and delicious for kids👍🏻
+Marina Lemonari You could whip up a whole batch and keep them in the freezer, and let them defrost in the lunchboxes... or they can be eaten straight from the freezer - just a bit chewier (they don't 'freeze' in that sense, just firm up). xx
Why haven’t I found you before Sacha. You have taken me away somewhere gorgeous xxxx
Yes! Tasty, healthy and dairy free delicious bites... thank you Sacha :-)
+Chantal56 You're so welcome. They pack a surprising amount of flavour too - so simple, so yummy!! :) xx
So easy and healthy to make! Great little snack
+SushiLover1990 they were a pleasant surprise, even to us, I have to say :)
Spot on, a healthy snack that's easy too make. Thank you
+Lucy Morris So welcome. We're trying to be a bit good this year... so hopefully we'll uncover a few more gems like this one to share which are easy, tasty and virtuous! :)
Yummmm! You could roll these in coconut too!😍
+Kathryn Serka Good idea... they're probably just sticky enough to achieve that too! :)
These will be so yum chilled :) And great for hikes!
+Blog FashionPas Defo. They can defrost en route - and keep you fuelled!
Hi Sacha! I am new to your channel and I am really enjoying all your recipes. Keep up the good work!!!
+Taquana Stjulien Ah thank you - and lovely to have you along. Thanks too for commenting - we aren't usually so slow at responding, but the last ten days have been a bit manic!
I can't wait to make these. Thanks!
+Thaneii They're so good for something so simple. (My next batch will be dipped in dark chocolate though - i suspect!) xx
+Totally Sacha - I prefer to mix 1/2 dark chocolate with 1/2 semi sweet chocolate. All of one or the other is too much for me. You might want to give that a try. If you do try it and like it, make sure the whole world knows you got the idea from me. I'm thinking of nothing less than a parade, with fireworks and sky writing to show your gratitude for my suggestion. xoxo
FAST Carbs! perfect for post training :) thanks sacha those look delicious
These look yummy and easy enough to make 😄
Yay!!! A healthily recipe! I don't have to break my New Year's Resolution!! How did you manage to stay so thin?
+Cat Foxx We haven't!! We both became almost entirely chocolate, cheese and prosecco over Christmas. But we're back 'on it' now!! haha.... gotta try get beach bodies for Summer (We've booked to go back to Mexico as it's a landmark birthday for Min!)
GREAT!
+Marycruz Quiñonez Retana Thank you x
Yum!
+Mollie Rose SO yum! :) You'll love 'em. xx
Simplicity itself! Healthy, tasty, and quickly whizzed up; who could ask for more... I might just dip my one's in a bit of chocolate - I like to be a little naughty sometimes. Many thanks for sharing Sacha my darling x
+0003Zeb Hello honey... these are so so good. Really bigger and tastier than the sum of their parts.... love them. And in chocolate, I reckon they'll be heavenly!! Hope to see you soon lovely xx
Hi Sacha and Minion, hope you had an amazing New Year... These naughty balls, look delicious and perhaps the easiest thing in the world to make.... If you have a food processor... Mines broken, the blades broke... I don't suppose there is any other way to make them either, oh well, I will just have to make another batch of your cookies, maybe drop a few nuts on top of them..... With it still being really cold, and to stop my hubby nagging every time I say I'm making a 'Sacha goodie' can I ask have you found a recipe for a plain apple crumble with a "rock hard top" (Wayne's words not mine)... Big hugz and lotsa love to you both 🌹🌺🌼🌸🌹🌺🌼🌸xxxxxx
+Elaine Howard Working on the Crumble. Min used to work for the National Trust, so has a recipe or two for crumble.... (I, however, don't like hot fruit - generally - so we'll see when we can 'slip it in'!) haha .... Happy New Year lovely... huge hugs from us here xx (and yeah, those cookies are good and so much 'naughtier' than the bites - so if your food processor is stearing you that way, it's a sign, surely?!!) haha xx
Can you add rolled oats to these or would you need to add a liquid to help bind them?
+Quinch I reckon you could... and if you're not a fan of nuts, swap them to seeds, but not sure about moisture - I think you're thinking right... you'd need something to bind them. Maybe honey? (Still clean)
+Totally Sacha thank you. I have no issue with nuts anyway but find oats more filling so might make these a decent "10:30 I'm hungry again but it's too early for lunch" snack ;)
