Oh Sacha, I have to admit that when I read the title of this video I was a bit hesitant because in Colombia we never make anything sweet with avocados. But they came out absolutely gorgeous and the layer of pecans and dates looks delicious!
***** It's not something we do often here either... which was why it appealed! I liked it - not sure I'd roll over a chocolate cake to get to it, but it is tasty and 'healthy/virtuous' so when I need a dessert on a diet - this will be my go-to saintly-sin! : ) xx

The date and pecan base, yes, I could eat that on its own, I can imagine that as a cheesecake base for a change...Can you tell us what the top tastes like... Elaine Howard We said the same while make it, that the base could make a wonderful Cheesecake base :-) I will definitely be giving that a go sometime soon. The top tastes like sweet Avocado! I felt it needed to be a littler sweeter, but Minion thought it was perfect - But then I like everything in life to be just that little bit sweeter :-) Lazy Sunday here for now as Minion has headed off to work like he always does on a Sunday :-( Super big hugs xxxx
