Another great soup, Chef. Btw is it just me or did the beef shrunk while it was boiling? I remember in a previous soup dish, you thickened the broth so me and my girlfriend tried that and tasted great. This week I made a pork yu choy with water chestnuts lo mein. Family loved it. At my mother in law's day program staff always checks her lunch to see if she's having any Chinese foods. They are always amazed what they see. It's people like you, that made my skills possible. I wok a lot lol. Until next time Chef.
This time, the broth was not left to boiled to reduce and thicken the soup. Those people checking your Mother in law's lunch box, really knows that it will be another tasting one. So, I think they like to know the name of that chinese cooking. Your getting better and better in chinese cooking as time goes by. More and more practice , sooner or later, your be as good as those chinese chef cook at authentic restaurant.
Never had that soup, but sounds good to me. I'm doing chai bouy with leftover duck and pork in a new clay pot I got for my birthday.
This Chowking is like Panda Express, but more like into Philippines type of cooking with very chinese influence. My old lady ( wife ) like to dine in Chowking, since she is 3/4 chinese and 1/4 filipina, LOL... thanks for watching.
Healthy, well balanced meal, though I'd go for half those noodles and lots more leafy greens.
