The “Die” part of Creeping Death is always my favorite part of Metallica Concerts.
This makes me miss Jason Newsted bass/backing vocals!!! 😢😢😢
Jason was great. He never got fully accepted, by the fans or the band, mostly because he wasn't Cliff. But Robert Trujillo is Badass too. I guess Metallica will just rule forever.
That was the first time I hear Bass guitar in Justice ALBUM!!!!
I've always wanted to ask Hetfield if it ever crossed his mind that maybe getting 500,000+ Russians to chant DIE at you might not be the best idea.
@@telynns8490 if i am not mistaken, English "die" is pronounced similar to Russian "дай(day)", which means "give me", i think James was aware of that. :)
“MOTHER FUCKING DIE”- JN
1,5 mil. people...u can not imagine the athmosphere...Metallica was the most popular band in eastern block before 1989.
600000 Crowd not 1.5 million but still 🤘
@@robertkarlsson7238 on Metallica was 1.5mln. Before was Pantera and Black Keys there was about ~600-800k
well, James said about 500.000 at the 'Joe Rogan Podcast'

4:33 “There will be wailing throughout Egypt-worse than there has ever been or ever will be again” The Book Of Exodus
Btw so glad someone else realised Creeping Death In Moscow was the perfect song for the Russian people to celebrate breaking free from the soviet shackles just like the Israelites
Only Metallica can write a song about Passover and have it be a masterpiece......plz react to Queensryche - The Lady Wore Black 💗
Finally, I meet a Queensryche fan! I was starting to think that I was the only one left. My absolute favorite band! (Everything up to the Empire LP though) It's impossible to pick only one as your favorite. For me, I love Take Hold of the Flame or The Killing Words.
Lady Wore Black is just awesome.
Samantha Morgan love that song, easily my favorite by them.
Not to mention putting 4 of the ten plagues of Egypt in the lyrics
Battery live in Seattle Metallica
Oh yeah, this is another 150% Metallica energy performance... any more energy and they'd all burst into flames.
Huh, maybe that's actually what happened to James in Montreal, 1991... not the pyrotechnics, the build-up of awesome grew too large and arced out to the stage.
I was at that show.
Ive just wished for that song🤘🤘
Same concert... Harvester of Sorrow
Same concert *Monster of Rock* (Moscow '91)
This was great watching with you! I’ve seen it live and I know how it is to be there. Great video, girl! 🤘🔥
Yes! Thank you so much for doing this. I knew you'd love it. This whole show is legendary! I believe Enter Sandman and Harvester of Sorrow are the other songs from this show that were professionally shot
React to Metallica - So what (very emotional song)
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
😂 indeed it is very emotional
In a giving the world the finger kind of way.😂😂
I cry with that song from the emotions
Great reaction!!!!!!!! My favorite song ever!!! I came across this video by chance and it made my day. I've already subscribed lol rock on!!!!
Damn on the real I judged you on your looks alone and said this chick is just using Metallica for views. I apologize for that, and you won me over with the "one" break down section reaction! You come across so genuine in the love of the music. Metallica has been a big part of my life and I enjoyed jamming along with you on all your Metallica reactions. I would love to request "Halo on fire" from Metallicas most recent album I'm sure you would love it! Keep up the great reactions! \w/
Plz react to Pantera domination from the same concert
Yesssssssss!!!!!!!!
Fuck yes
You can't beat Metallica they're on another level 💪🔥
There were over 1000000 in the crowd that historical day.
Ac/dc headlined and they were joined by Pantera,The black crowes and EST.🤘
1.6mil
you are killing it with these reactions keep it up
hetfield...has the best power stance!! lol
So true. It's like the official power stance by which all the rest are judged.
Although he is tall but him lowering the mic stand and hunching over it just makes him look even more gigantic.
One of my all time favorite Metallica songs. The lyrics to this are some of my absolute favorite from Metallica. I also recommend One, Call of Ktulu or Outlaw Torn off Metallica S and M live. The addition of an orchestra is such an insane fit. The music is powerful. The live album they did in Mexico City in 1993 has some amazing stuff as well. That one, Live After Death from Iron Maiden and The Wall live in Berlin were my go to live CDs in high school.
Been watch a lot of reaction channels for a while and what sets you apart (besides being really beautiful.. oh and Love your accent btw) is that you don't pause your videos to comment... It's nice how your thoughts are expressed through texts instead of pausing the songs at crucial moments... You take in the song in it's entirety.. keep up the good work.. as a suggestion I'd say react to "the four horsemen" by Metallica.. very early very raw but very rhythmic stuff from them.. . easily one of their greatest songs ever.... looking forward to seeinf your mind blown...Cheers luv..
Omfg you're a douche . LMFAO
I wasn't there, but I've seen metalica in Harrisburg Pa. Awesome concert
To hold that kind of power over a crowd. Incredible...Blown away
The fact that you didn’t pause every 5 seconds to yack is why I just subscribed! Well done!
Pantera - Cemetery Gates
nice song
But NOT the official video(cut)
Finally someone who listens to the whole song without stopping the song all the time. Your favourite part is the reason I watched the video.
I recommend Snot by the band Snot.
And Orion by Metallica of course!! Great vid. Subbed
I agree thanks for just letting it play, and your favourite part mine too jasons vocals are the climax of the song especially when he screams m*fn behind james yelling die, i can listen to that all day
metallica spit out the bone live really good
Great reaction. I love to see the crowd and band interaction. They feed off each other and it’s like every person there is in the band for however long they play. Nothing else like it!! Check out For Whom The Bell Tolls in Seattle ‘89. It’s my favorite live Metallica video
Peace!!
Actually it was still the Soviet Union but trying to keep their citizens from revolting, their government used this as a distraction. I was lucky enough to be in Berlin at this time and Metallica's next stop. It was Monsters of Rock co headlined with AC/DC my other favorite band.
You should watch Battery live in Seattle '89 to hear some thrash metal Metallica started with few other bands. Plus as old school fan please check Anesthesia Pulling Teeth with Metallica's original bassist Cliff Burton. Their bus rolled and he was crushed while on tour RIP. He showed Kirk and James how to harmonize to create The Metallica sound and songs
omg im in love
AWESOME reaction Keep up the gd work Metal lady.Looking. LOVELY as ALWAYS
The greatest song about the story of Passover....Ever!!! 1.6 Million people....and this is only 3rd on the all time list of crowds at an open air concert. #1 is Rod Stewart at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with a crowd of 3.5 Million in 1994. #2 was Jean Michel Jarre in 1997 also in Russia, like that Metallica show, with 3.5 Million.
Two great live by old metal bands you should definitely watch are
War Pigs live in Paris 1970 by Black Sabbath (Bill Ward is killing those drums)
Child in Time 1970 Manchester by Deep Purple, the quality of their live output is astounding.

Kirk took lessons from noted guitar virtuoso, Joe Satriani. For a taste of his work, check out Surfing with the Alien
Hey Queen Bee. Good song. You should give Judas Priest "Painkiller" a listen. ✌
Absolutely! I have been mentioning Painkiller to 🐝 as well.
Great song, great performance, great reaction. Metallica always bring the energy Where ever they go! I can see you were really in the moment- awesome! Much love and respect!
Love this song
1985 Day on the Green
Metallica For whom the bell tolls
U get to see them in their early 20's
Also see the late Cliff Burton do his opening double bass solo
It will blow ur mind
Cliff is a legendary bass play R.I.P bro
Imagine performing in front of that! Total rush!
The idea for the song came from seeing the film the Ten Commandments, and the line said by Yule Brenner, 'so let it be written, so let it be done.' Then they expanded from there and made the song about the angel of death and the Passover, but made sure to keep the line from the film.
There was no Angel of Death in the story.
This was a free concert performed on an airfield in front of over half a million of people
Please listen to Spit Out The Bone 👌👌👍🔥
You really feel this music :)
THIS is a reaction of Metallica, you just can't stop the video to say something!Keep goiing 🤘😁
Probably the most AMAZING BADASS concert every done.
that many ppl screaming ...i bet you could hear it for miles....im sure some ppl lost hearing after that day. to me the greatest concert ever.
Rock out there Q 🐝! 🤘🏻
That crowd was indeed epic! I think theres still a few thousand cars trying to get out of the parking lot.
Just a follow-up, the entire RHCP's show is available on UA-cam. Pro shot, sound and camera angles are amazing! Huge crowd, check some out for yourself, you'll be hooked I'm tellin ya. Let me know whatcha think. Have a good one.
Incredible.
One of my favorite performances by Human Beings ever.
Your a babe. Followed Metallica since mid 80s here in Ireland and listen to them daily. Greatest ever.
1.6 Million People, and then they stop counting. Intro/back story- ua-cam.com/video/_hYNsa2Qyjs/v-deo.html Riots/on with the show- ua-cam.com/video/MW9gS69bRGY/v-deo.html one of my fav For Whom The Bell Tolls Live Seattle 1989- ua-cam.com/video/Zi021mb0AtI/v-deo.html. You should use headphones. Top quality
The video with the Ten Commandments tied to it is freaking awesome that's what creeping death is about
In This Moment - Black Wedding featuring Rob Halford. Rob Halford is like bacon, he makes everything better.
Trivium - In waves (Live in Chapman studios)
Once again thanks for the cool subscribers you have that pic some great music for you to react to
I've seen Metallica in 1991 and in 2017 and have seen alot of bands live and Metallica is by far the BEST Live Band I have ever seen!!!
What would be really awesome if you see me original bass player Cliff Burton well he wasn't the original he took over after the first base player left because of Dave Mustaine but when you get a chance listen to Cliff Burton bass solo live Anesthesia Pulling Teeth and you'll see how unique and talented he was and what a great loss to the music world when he was killed
The Song on Sad but True (Single)
Awesome reaction! If you want the ultimate live Metallica experience you have to check out the song battery live in Seattle 1989. You won't regret it!!
Jason rocks so hard I love it
You know someone is a lightweight in term of reactions to music, especially metal when they put earbuds on. :D
Metallica - My Friend Of Misery
Please keep doing reaction video i enjoyed ur video ❤
I've seen them live 2 times, they are better live ,they are one of my favorite bands.
BTW, your eye make up is beyond what I would say is "on fleek!" Bravo Miss Queen Bee!!
jbarty party thank you!!!
Same concert, you have to do Pantera-Domination. The energy blows this out of the water. I saw someone say 1.6 million, that's the very high estimate. The most agreed upon number is 1.2 million, still insanely impressive.
As much as I love Pantera, Metallica dominates.
Cool reaction and beautyfull girl)
New to your channel...Welcome to the Metal family.
Great reaction..... react to "fade to black" live seattle 1989.....
You girl rocks
'Blackened' - Metallica - Seattle '89
there was 1 500 000 people on this concert in Russia, nobody beat this anymore in history
That number was when Pantera played. When Metallica got on stage you multiply that number x3. :)
ok i mean complet attendance, wiki says between 500k - 1500k
@@petmik5022 most agreed upon number is 1.2 million
dragonforce - through the fire and flames
Should. Checkout pantera domination live in Moscow

What's the name of the song at the beginning?
Dark Soldier quiet storm remix.... Mobb Deep featuring Lil Kim
First time hear bass guitar on Justice ALBUM
Metallica “The Small Hours” 🤟🔥🤟
An absolutely sick scene to behold!! Cannot imagine what this must've felt like for James and the band to stand before this mass of packed, pulsing humanity! Unfortunately, the Red Army misinterpreted some of the reactions of kids "moshing" and carrying on and they beat the holy hell out of dozens of poor unsuspecting souls. I think even to the point of killing a few. Unbelievable scene. ETA: and yes, yours is the proper way to "watch" a Metallica live concert video. James is a monster!!
That’s unfortunate that people got killed, I didn’t know that. I guess the authorities didn’t realize it’s part of concerts to mosh 🙁
Yeah, I'm not sure exactly how many deaths resulted directly from the "discipline" that was levied by the Red Army security, but there were 11,000 soldiers there to "police" things and they had a damn helicopter swooshing down towards the crowd when they saw something particularly distasteful...James says they would throw things down at the crowd. Now many of the deaths may have been the result of stampeding and the sheer force of the crowd pushing forward into barricades etc. I'm having a hard time finding exact numbers but one publication has it as high as 53 deaths. Yikes!!
Here's some video that captures the insanity...and the melees \ beatings: ua-cam.com/video/MW9gS69bRGY/v-deo.html
I was twenty-five in 1991 and would've traded a year off the end of my life to have been at that one. I have no clue how to estimate how many people were there to see Metallica, but total numbers for this particular Monsters of Rock show was a little over three million fans (eat, drink, fart, sh*t, pi*s where you stood... and also have sex lol (I understand that it happened...a lot. But, I do want to say that I'm truly sorry for you younger people not to be able to go to an arena show, a stadium show, or one they bulldozed a field that could hold the huge show stages plus a few hundred thousand fans (lmao, saying that reminds me of joke Jim Brewer does talking about a Slayer show and he got kinda unnerved when the Slayer fans showed up...he said that he heard a low roar behind him and it kept getting louder and louder. So, when he turned to look, there was this moving blob that he said his brain couldn't register. They didn't bother with aisles, just climbed all over everything...it was those creepy orc armies from the Lord of the Rings movies... it's sooo, sooo funny how Bruer does that skit... it's probably as close to the "real thing" as you could get.
Over 1.6 million people was there
Please play a Couple Red Hot Chili Pepper jams, " don't forget me" live at slane castle, and theirs a video for the song "hump de bump that is cool also...
love ur face in that reaction, very nice...
