Ahhh, the late summer fall of 1978! Brand new hit then. What a time to be alive. Unless you were there you won't understand. It was just a way more simpler time, more relaxed without all the stress anxiety sleepless nights of today's America. People actually knew their neighbors way better than today. People talked to each other instead of their phones. Different people different era different styles different values different music different time different country never to return again. Glad I lived it. Seems like ancient times, but just a measly 45 years ago.
I was a teenager in the late 60’s and early 70’s, and it was simpler for us, because we were young, and carefree, but our parents had many of the same issues as today. I agree technology has made society far less social and withdrawn, but I don’t see anyone refusing to have one, so we are creating our own issues in effect. We had issues back in the day as well such as Vietnam, the race riots, drugs, Cults such as Charles Manson etc, and many of those things are mirrored today, except we are older and understand them better than we did when we were young. I still think we had the best music back then, but our parents thought they did, and the kids today think they do. It is all generational and the more things change, the more they stay the same Cheers
