@@FlyLive I'd say their hospitality is amazing. Unfortunately their product seems dated and their recent issues with customer refund has left a bad taste in people's mouths. I'm surprised how bad the service on Qantas is nowadays too. For me Singapore is an airline that has an amazing product and a fantastic crew.
