I'm in North Carolina and love Tennessee. I'm ADHD too. Meds helped me working full , full time college, kids, and sick husband. I don't need them now. I find other things to deal with it.

I have ADHD (medicated) and my husband is on the spectrum, I am an educational diagnostician and he works as a chemical analyst. It’s not always easy but many can be successful. ❤️
My son has ADHD and just got his accounting degree. He has had his struggles but he kept trying and was determined. Support from school throughout his education was a huge help. Trying new things and allowing him to figure out what worked best for him was also key. Your son will be a success! Attitude is everything. 💖
i’ve only just been formally diagnosed with adhd and i’m in my second year of university as a neuroscience student. adhd makes the journey a little rockier but especially with supportive parents, you can go far in life (: i never thought i’d get this far

I propose anyone NOT cooking, give GRAMMA, MOM, WIFE, or GIRLFRIEND a little shoulder, foot, hand massage, or grab her a glass of wine, or drink of her choice too, with a nice hot footbath! Just saying an attitude of gratitude for ALL who are cooking goes a long way, and no one has EVER done that for me, so I’m putting out the message of ‘Needs’ no one admits lol, coz we LOVE YOU ANYWAY❤️🙏🏻❤️

I just started as prelitigation assistant at a personal injury firm and one of our lawyers was an insurance adjuster for years and couldn’t get a promotion. He’s like 38. He started with our firm as a case manager full time 5 years ago decided he liked law and put himself through law school. He changed his life you can too.

Emily, I am a law student from Germany and this year I was diagnosed with ADD. I did not manage to watch the full video yet for that reason. I had to pause my studies for one year and I am so so so far behind because I just can not concentrate. Years of not knowing what was "wrong" with me gave me depression, anxiety disorder and other fun stuff. First medication gave me heart problems. Soon gonna get the only other med option in Germany. I can not tell you how much the title alone means to me. I am always so close to dropping out, because I can't take part in exams. I really am interested but I can not put in the work thats is needed. My biggest wish is to be a lawyer but I started thinking that will never be possible. You just became my new hope.

When I was a student at Syracuse University, I had a few professors who cursed quite a bit. I found the more colorful language they used helped me to pay attention easier and it made any subject matter way more relatable and approachable. However, my mouth is worse than the proverbial trucker, so I'm for sure biased. I would love to take a class taught by you!!💛💛💛

I’m not willing to pay premium prices for high end western brands, when I get better results from Korean skincare. There are so many amazing brands and products to choose from and I love that I can have fantastic skin from more researched formulated products at a lower price. Take care 😊

Em... as for gray hair. Its not gray, its silver! Have you ever tried a bluing shampoo? If not, you must. It will become glow-in-the-dark white....silver. but as I found out the hard way, its not designed to be used all the time. Too much use can strip the hair. But for sure you should try it. My hair gets compliments of "do you know how much money women pay to get their hair to look like that?" I wear mine proudly and have for 20+ years. Its a special, god-given look of style, not age thing.
hi thinking about decompressing , its like me an registered nurse in neurosurgical intensive care, we have awful sadness, plus gunshot wounds to the head , we decompress after work we go out and have a few drinks and talk and talk , its only similar because of the now to later , but we each react, hopefully you understand what i actually mean., for us as a team leader we suffer the now, and Emily the latter but we each feel the same .its both upsetting , painful, and reaction act professionally, thats what kept me going as i held my post for over fifteen years , i got burnt out eventually, then it was heartbreaking to say my goodbyes to go to pastures new .Then learn my new post over again . but in the centre of a case their is one gets through your armour which you put up , to protect you .but no their is one will hurt hurt very much , then my team put me back onto my feet . so yes a team effort .

I'm closer to death age than beginning a career but I always wanted to be a lawyer. Before I knew how to express it I said I wanted to help the little guy fight the big guys, corporations who cheat. Guess that translates to tort or something close to that.
about the cinema topic: I went to see the movie Tenet with a friend in October and it was the best thing ever! The 3D cinema was nearly empty, there were like 7 or 8 other people there, so it felt like we had the whole cinema to ourselves which was a lot of fun. Were cinemas in the US even open after this spring?

My degree is engineering but through the weird twists and turns of life, I ended up teaching .. I've only been selected for one jury. I found dealing with the non linear thinkers very annoying. I was the one who would dig through the records to find the actual facts. (The plaintiff was suing for damages from injuries in a car accident, but the medical records showed that it was a preexisting injury. They tried to bury it, but there are times being detailed oriented pays off.)
I have some baby blue lenses for my dyslexia, they work wonders when I remember to wear them and when I haven't lost them down the sides of my bed too xD
I have listened to you over on Nick's, UL's, and Nate's channels. I do eDiscovery for a living and have a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. So, I am coming from the tech side of things with a hobbyist's mindset towards law. You have talked a bit about your tech and legal background over on those channels. I don't know if you have discussed that here on your own channel, seeing that I am just starting to tune in. However, I would be curious to know more about how lawyers and tech do or do not get along with one another. My experience has been largely with lawyers who seem to ask for things but don't really understand what they are asking for when it comes to producing documents. Could you please talk about the tech side of litigation and your experiences with the discovery process sometime?
Ahh yes she mentioned her laugh 😂 I love Emily and have legitimately only been watching (well, listening) to her content for the past two weeks, but something about the WAY (not sound or anything like that) she laughs makes my body do a thing 😬 Hard to explain, you either get what I’m talking about or don’t. Sorry about that! Idk why my body reacts negatively to her laugh, I wonder if anyone else understands/has the same problem. I love these all these law videos though, very interesting stuff and keeps me busy while I work or clean or get ready!
Every time I've been to Tennessee I've found the people to be very sweet and hospitable. Then again, I live in Sarasota FL and people are douchebags here lol. If I was gonna move somewhere less tropical it'd be Tennessee bc it's mild all year and again the people seem nice. And the cost of living is SO much better than down here (it's stupid expensive here).

Korean skincare 👌🏻is the only thing I use except for retinol, love it and would never change back to western skincare.

I have listened to you over on Nick's, UL's, and Nate's channels. I do eDiscovery for a living and have a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. So, I am coming from the tech side of things with a hobbyist's mindset towards law. You have talked a bit about your tech and legal background over on those channels. I don't know if you have discussed that here on your own channel, seeing that I am just starting to tune in. However, I would be curious to know more about how lawyers and tech do or do not get along with one another. My experience has been largely with lawyers who seem to ask for things but don't really understand what they are asking for when it comes to producing documents. Could you please talk about the tech side of litigation and your experiences with the discovery process sometime?
Ahh yes she mentioned her laugh 😂 I love Emily and have legitimately only been watching (well, listening) to her content for the past two weeks, but something about the WAY (not sound or anything like that) she laughs makes my body do a thing 😬 Hard to explain, you either get what I’m talking about or don’t. Sorry about that! Idk why my body reacts negatively to her laugh, I wonder if anyone else understands/has the same problem. I love these all these law videos though, very interesting stuff and keeps me busy while I work or clean or get ready!

Every time I've been to Tennessee I've found the people to be very sweet and hospitable. Then again, I live in Sarasota FL and people are douchebags here lol. If I was gonna move somewhere less tropical it'd be Tennessee bc it's mild all year and again the people seem nice. And the cost of living is SO much better than down here (it's stupid expensive here).
