Since I posted this, I bought a new 2010 Ford Focus S at a good price but had to sell it recently due to not having a job and needing the money. The car was very nice I wouldn't hesitate to get another one if I could.
non taken but ive been in a both cars and the fit is just more practical and its a honda and will last tons longer with minimal problems comparedto ford.
@bonn212 Well, I meant no harm. I wanted to hear from as many folks as possible so, yes, I did that which you say I did. I thank you for your reply from the other YT vid in which you say that the Fit is much better than the Fiesta but, as I recently told another person, I was at a Fit forum last night looking at comments people had regarding what they didn't like about the Fit and it was enough for me to loose interest in the car. Likely I'll look into a 2010/'11 Focus as it seems like a deal.
This guy really doesn't like the car and he doesn't hide it at all. I understand what he means with the navigation, it should've been updated. You can buy a GPS that looks 100x better and the VSA/NAVI combo together on the highest model is pure BS as well.
I LOVE this car but how does an American lay the money down for it when there's the Fiesta (and other nice American cars similar to it) when considering the tough economic times we're going through? What would one answer if someone were to ask, "Why did you give all that dough to foreign workers when our own people are hurting so much?" I'm not looking to be flamed, just want to know the answer to my question in case I do decide to get one of these sweet machines.:-)
Alvin Tostig A Fiesta compared to a Fit? Lol. One is a Honda, the other is a Ford. One is the height of reliability, the other is Found On Road, Dead. The Fit is more powerful, yet gets better mpg with the standard engine. And the Fit has waaaaaay more cargo area. Did I mention one is a Honda, the other is Fix Or Repair Daily.
Why would somebody buy a Honda Fit. It refers to a seizure! Ugly car, under powered and with a rubber band style CVT transmission! If you want a good cheap car, buy a Scion Xd. At least the Scion uses a real automatic transmission for the Yanks that know nothing about driving a manual shift car.
George McKean Actually, the word FIT also refers to health or in shape, leave it to a tight a**ed Brit to be so ignorant. I was brought up on standard transmission, but, as I grew older, they lost their appeal. What is it about standard transmission that makes you stick your nose up in the air and feel superior? Or is that a typical Brit thing regarding anything American? Still haven't got over being beat twice and saved from the Hun, son? I'm only two weeks into my Fit, after almost 16 years in a Mercury Grand Marquis, and I have nothing bad to say about it, so far. Yes, it's not as comfortable as my old land yacht or have the power of its rear wheel drive, 8 cylinder engine, but getting twice the fuel mileage, the extra room in my garage and being able to park in just about any spot is making up for it. The thing is, I use my car to get from here to there, not as a boost to my self esteem, and as long as it has a stereo, HVAC and I am able to fit in it comfortably, I'm 6'2" (about 1.88 meters, to you), it does all it needs to do. And it's a Honda. Oh, and, since you brought it up, the Xd is uuuuuuugly.
I'm in love with this car haha
Wow my 2010 honda fit had no screen and just a normal radio display. I recently purchased a kenwood screen for it and it is beautiful.
Is there a how to on the navigation? I tried reading the manuel.. a little to complicated for me. Thanks.
In Australia, Impreza comes in manual and automatic :)
I like it. I like it a lot.

how do I change japanese language to english in honda fit internavi premium
@guyNbluejeans do you just copy and paste same posting on all the honda review? i saw your posting somewhere else.

i love how he review the navi. LOL
I like to have my two dogs in the flip back rear seats!
You know, I'm kind of sick of this guy getting the high tier units. Everything I'm looking for has the stock radio.
it has a 5 speed automatic not a CVT
He also failed to mention that the Fit doesn't have XM satellite radio...another reason I wouldn't get that shit
Manual does it in 9 seconds
this car is pretty good
its good enough to fit a bike and a big dog in the back
lol a dog

No CVT. A 5-speed tranny, manual or automatic.
