How’s the long ride comfort? Can it tour?
With the higher bars and anti vibration it should tour well. I put a 20mm spacer on the Gen 2 and it made the touring experience so much more pleasurable. I was watching what they did in this area and it was clearly a response to rider feedback, very good. The Gen 2 is a great tourer but I always found the bar position a bit too aggesive, the changes should fix this.

I loved my gen 1 mk1 busa unrestricted even todays busa will not match it my only question is what's with the hazards flashing after high speed shut off ?

Really nice bike but at 60+ years of age we just wouldn't get along to we'll due to the leaned over riding position. All of my bikes have to have a sit up/upright position for me to comfortably ride them long distance
Brad, good news. It's a fairly common modification to replace the top triple clamp and use upright handlebars, such as K&N Superbike bars. It's a proven mod, that works well and is relatively inexpensive and easy to do. I've done several over the years. I can't confirm this on the 2022, but time will tell. I hope that helps you.

@@t.s.racing thanks, hadn't really thought about that but maybe something to look at. I have 3 bikes already 2015 gl1800 honda goldwing, 2009 yamaha fjr1300 & 2009 suzuki gsf1250 bandit. Wouldn't mind adding a Hayabusa but just don't have any room for it.

I agree. It is always going to be a bike that you want to customise and the changes Suzuki have made add to this potential and the general experience. Hayabusa has always been a different and amazing experience, even today, people who ride my Gen 2 comment on how different and impressive it is in terms of surprise but predictability. Suzuki is the best and has been for a long time.
