  • In this edition of Product Profile, Stuart goes over the new line of Aerostar RVS (Reversing) Generation 2 ESCs and gives a ground run demonstration using his Airworld 2m full composite Me-262 with the Aerostar G2 130HV esc's on board.
These Aerostar G2 RVS ESC's retain all the great features and reliability of the original series but now feature INSTANT reversing function, meaning they are ideal for EDF braking. Check out the video for a full demonstration of the G2 RVS in action on an EDF and for more details on the range.

hello Stuart. I hope you can help me with a connection issue. I am trying to connect the LCD programming card to the esc but it always ends up reading "ESC Connection Not Allowed" I'm hooking up as per the instruction sheet. What am i missing? Thanks . Greg

Excellent video Stuart! Would these HV's work with a propeller setup? I have the 50cc RotoMax and will be powering it with 12s setup. Thanks

Yes absolutely, they are for any fixed wing application.

I have bought the 40A G2 version, and I want to use the soft-brake or medium-brake mode for a folding prop glider powered by a 3S LiPo.
However, both don't work (it’s the same as NO-brake); the only one that works is hard-brake.
I only want to stop the folding prop from spinning in flight, which doesn't require hard-brake, just soft or medium-brake.
    Is the ESC faulty?
I wanted an ESC with reverse because the glider does not have any air brakes to get out of really strong thermals, which is solved by using the motor in reverse.
