    It is a heavy practize for my lungs, but i did it,.I practized for 10 days now; stop body pain now, 2x a day,; and it gave release of some old emotions, and a sort of jacket of warm energy around my whole body !? it is such a grace, a sort of balm of savety,.The practize gives a pleasant flow and feeling well in the body,.it is nice,. it surprises me,. I readed today about Falun Gong,. i want to learn it,. Thank you dear teacher,. you are a wonder! so, the energy is light, it is a soft shining frendlyness,.

      Falun Dafa is great! Especially strengthening of the divine powers, the last exercise is very good for the psyche. You collect good energy and give away bad energy. Best techniques for the psyche. But i found the "five tibetans" are better for the body.

    Thahk you so much Master Shi Heng, I love this and will implement them in my Qi gong class. I personall need this since I have gotten really tight iin my waist and shoulders, Getting old is a real B but thank God, I still do my qi gong routinly but got away from these basic movements. I love all your great instructions and try to implement them as I see fit to my senior students. Keep this wisdom coming for you are truely helping the universe to become healthier.

    I do this breath in water. It pushes me up out of the water. And sink like a rock with breath going out. I call it the breathing bobb. Thank you! Your light shines bright!

    Sometimes it is hard because im just starting this. I will keep trying.
    I do the joint exercises this master showed on another video and it helps my osteoarthritis a great deal.

The first one I watched was how to move each joint in the body by a movement of simply making, say, a circle with your thumb 9 times one way and 9 times the other. I have poly arthritis and I've been doing these exercises for 3 weeks. It's never stressful. Good luck 😊

    This is wonderful ! thankyou so much. I love your videos and this was so helpful for trouble that i have had with neck and shoulders - i have compressed vertebrae in neck from accident and this really helped release pressure and discomfort like nothing else ever has.

    @AwakenBy, Haylo, I did this with you my body feels amazing. While watching this video I felt a deep need to have one on one classes with you because this 1 thing, when I was 5.5 years old I was hit by 2 cars and it made my left leg shorter than other. As I did what is in this video I did find it hard at times my balance was off and falling out of place. Now this why I wonder if one on one with you could help me rebalance my off balance body since my body is kinda slanted yoga and stuff is hard and I do not know how to properly do such moves. Anyway thank you for making my body feel amazing today...

    Master shi Heng I am patient of Mayopathy,a breakdown of muscle tissues.strenth in muscles is decreasing slowly starting from legs and now arms. Can i ,through Qi gong practice strenghten the muscles.I am almost 60 years old.
