I did what you said to do but now it says SecuLauncher: failed to start application [2000]? it use to just do nothing when I pressed start it didn't launch the game now this is happening. what do I do to fix this?
um, so it now gets passed me not being able to sign in to social club like it goes through that but now it's saying SecuLauncher: Failed to Start application (2000) please help?

Kind of worked, the game now recongizes that i have 3gbs of vram but it still wont let me change my settings. it says that the recommended settings exceed my computers power.

make sure the three files (gtabrowser, gtacoencoder, and gtaiv.eve are set in windows vista service pack 2 and the run as admin is uncheck.. remember also the vcredist. is set in windows xp service pack 2.. and check run as admin.. it will sure work! thanks logan :D this app needs to be installed too :D just to work the game www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3387

If this doesn't work for you, the pick Windows XP (Service Pack 3) instead of (Service Pack 2). I did this and it worked fine.

I open the game for a little. i dont even get to play and it crashes. it works then it crashes
so i tried opening it under administrator and it said i needed service pack 3 not 2
