This game is basically a giant love letter to the classic age of gaming. Not just in the references and graphics, but in it's attempt to recreate that feeling of playing all those "NES-hard" era games for the first time as a kid with it's unfair difficulty.
I was able to beat it on my old windows l7 laptop. Ah, those were the days in which I just wanted something fun to play, and it certainly was fun once you got used to the traps. Plus, the references to old games were at least endearing, if not patronizing.

As a seasoned veteran of Demon Souls, Dark Souls I, II, and III (no PS4 so no Bloodbourne) I Wanna Be the Guy is infinitely more difficult and frustrating.

theres not much logic in this game, its like DIE > TRY AGAIN > LOOK FOR INVISIBLE BLOCKS YOU CAN JUMP ON > GET KILLED BY RANDOM JUMPING BLOCK
