when the guy says "check your inventory screen, kid" i legit thought the game had an inventory screen i had no idea about and the collectables throughout the game were actually powerups you could use to beat bosses easier. it's cool that this remaster actually did something with the collectables, even if the reward is pretty barebones
I have never gotten far enough to commit to any of the three paths from the start. I do wonder why the game uses "Sugar Plum Fairy" for _Tetris_ rather than "The Peddlers".
There are a few more easter eggs, try shooting renex's painting, renkos painting and Floogls painting. I reccomend doing it with gradius. Also if you jump as soon as you enter the secret creators room a thwomp will kill you. If you shoot renko's painting, then fly over (with gradius) and shoot natsu the kittens will explode. In the tower of the guy, if you're playing with gradius or dotkid and you fly/jump in the little hole where the platform goes at the start you will see another secret painting, it's of owata. And if you beat the game on impossible difficulty the words on the title screen will flash rainbow.

I know they adjusted some blocks to account for the rebuilt physics in the remaster, but I dont know how many adjustments they made. I would assume that the overall experience is easier though. Having just beaten the remaster, it definitely seems like it to me.
actually, in the patch notes puts that the physics changed to the "fangame physics", in the options actually you can change it to the old ones. oh yeah and boshy and the other character that i forgot his name has diferent physics too

They fixed the crashes, they made the music continue from where it left off when you die and press R, some of the sounds are different. Also, they put the sound files in a data folder instead of including them in the exe itself.
You have to make a new save. BUT when your at the beginning, you can go to the very bottom of the screen and shoot a vibrating spike to stand on it. Then you have to do some disappearing and appearing blocks stuff to get to the factory

I’m happy they remastered it. I never got to play it until recently, and the fixed crashing helps a lot. I managed to beat Mecha Birdo now!

they made it harder in remastered, you have to save your double jump and constantly bounce perfectly

When i complete the Main Game I tried to get all secret items but there is a problem, the problem is how i can go back yo the mother brain part?
