In this video, we’re going to talk about human cell anatomy, structure, and function. You can better understand your health and the human body when you understand your cells.
The center of the cell is called the nucleus. The nucleus contains your DNA, a set of instructions that tell the cell what kind of tissue to make, or which actions to perform. The nucleus also contains RNA, which copies the DNA and sends the information to different parts of the cell.
Your DNA and RNA can have over ten thousand errors on any given day, caused by things like radiation, chemicals, and free radical damage. Fortunately, the human cell has repair capabilities that can reduce the errors to one in one billion, decreasing your risk of cancer and other diseases.
The cell has powerhouses or energy factories called mitochondria. They mix your food with oxygen to produce a form of energy called ATP. The endoplasmic reticulum makes protein, lipids (fats), and steroids, and the Golgi apparatus tags proteins and fats to be shipped out to other parts of the body.
The lysosome helps break down cell waste along with damaged parts and recycles them. This process is known as autophagy and is stimulated when you do intermittent fasting. The peroxisome cleans up the peroxides your white blood cells make, so they don’t linger too long in your body after they've done their job.
Lastly, there’s the cell membrane, which is composed of a double layer of fat around the cell. This permits fat-soluble vitamins to penetrate the membrane, go to the nucleus, and affect your body.

The membrane or cell wall is a separate and fascinatingly intricate structure containing a system of gates and portals that control traffic in and out of the cell.

The reproductive system is part of the endocrine system. He has many videos on the endocrine system and it all falls within "womans problems". The endocrine system needs a high amount of molecular iodine and all it's trace elements to function properly. Endocrine disruptors (certain foods, pharmaceuticals and air pollution) will break this entire system apart. If you are spotting that means you're too high in the wrong type of estrogen or don't produce enough progesterone, either way something is disrupting normal function. Start taking DIM, Stinging Nettle Root, reduced Glutathione and tons of Sea Kelp powder). If you follow Dr. Berg's eating plan 100% ALL of your female problems will go away. You won't know until you get your period (mark it on calender for every ~28 days) to notice the difference. The endocrine system might take awhile to heal depending on how damaged your body is and other things might take priority in healing. Try it and give it at least 6 months to adjust.

I do OMAD and keep my carbs under 20 grams total a day. After I went keto and doing OMAD, I have developed mucus in my throw and have to constantly be clearing it. Is not much, but it can get very annoying and embarrassing at times. I haven't come across with anyone with this problem, so if there's anyone that might know why and how it can be treated please let me know.

So...now would a lack of fat-soluble vitamins (through IR, not enough stomach acid or dietary deficiency) cause this Cell to malfunction? Would a lack of A, D, E and K2 cause cancer all by itself ? Also, are Lisosomes only activated during a Fast ? And would a build-up of Peroxides cause cancer ? A diet high in carbs and/or frequent eating probably shuts this entire operation down and this is why people feel tired, get dementia, osteoporosis and cancer or a complete shut-down of an entire organ (liver failure).
